Personally it sounds like a whole heap of crap to me. :D My children are all well and fit and now so are their children and I am still feeding the dog's chicken.
-
Yes, get rid of the cooked pasta and vegetables Pasta is wheat similar as to what is in dry food. If you feel the need to feed veges put them through a food processor till they are liquefied or through a juicer and mix the juice and pulp together in with chicken mince. :D

Birth weight is not always an indicator. In your case even more difficult as the litter may have more than one sire.

Sorry to hear about this. Hope your dog recovers well. It could be well worth while you placing an add in the local or all news papers for witnesses.

No. You can obtain any of this simple information on the internet.

Please note that I also have a piece of paper that says I am also qualified (Gov. Reg.) to tell you how to train and educate a dog. One does not get to this level without knowledge how to train. I use the Kohler method. By running toward the dog = gesture of attack= by loud noises = dogs dislike loud harsh noises. These are things that dogs dislike, so we use them to train them not to do certain things by using them. Dogs dislike manhandling = we use this sense to deter the dog. One always tries to get the dog to blame themselves not the handler. Dogs associate one thing with another. So if you can get the dog to blame selves = bad experience from digging such as a zap they believe they caused the problem by digging and soon learn to stop. Don't believe me.......I don't care in the least. But I am, telling you the truth. Other training methods also work. All roads lead to Rome.

She would have got a mouthful off me.

You have done your bit. Go out. Some people will never learn and its a shame their dogs may just end up paying for it. You have done your best.

Agree, but INSIST the ranger comes. If the ranger does not come then leave them they are not your responsibility. Hard I know but there is not much else you can do.

Indigo who's the boss you or the dog. You are the pack leader and the dog does as you say. You also say this....she heels when I insist. Well insist she doesn't dig. You also say she isn't destructive in the house....of course not, you can get to her quickly to correct her. Now nobody tell me I don't know what I am talking because I do. 1. Instructor at obedience 2. Titled dogs in obedience 4. Passes at Best in Trial level 5. Held an obedience judges licence. When you find the dog digging, run towards her making loud noises. Push her to the ground and roll her around manhandling her. This is what the pack leader would do if she disobeyed. Let her know it is wrong to dig. If that fails think up things that are displeasing so that when she digs she will blame herself for it. It's also very easy with electric collars. Put one on her and let go out side and when start to dig zap her. If you are not standing close to her and do this every time she starts to dig she will soon blame herself. Make the dog blame herself for digging. She will soon learn that digging brings bad results for her and she will think she causes it and should stop. Just make sure you are well away from the dog when she gets zapped in this case you want the dog to blame herself. If you want the dog to blame you and see you as pack leader, try the first method.

Happens lots of times. Most people that I know show their dogs, so when this happens they have them removed. If it is causing problems I would have the vet remove it. The other thing you could try would be more bones and hope the dog will remove naturally.

And how long does she think the quarantine is...............Mmmmmmmmm 6 day's, 6 weeks, or will it be the 6months @ $40.00 a day.

Chicken Bones, Will My Puppy Choke?
oakway replied to GraceMcC's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Most of us start our pups on chicken necks and wings and as they grow we give them whole chicken frames. I have never broken them up. Never had a problem with mine. :D -
Excellent post Mysticview

What about a nice Border Terrier.

I agree with you wholeheartedly. It is the only way I can guarantee that my puppies will never end up with BYBer's.

Not a show dog oakway, an agility dog Strewth, I have been at shows to long to even read the difference.

Always remember the child's size. Is she capable of lifting a table dog. Some child handlers are just not capable of lifting the dog of their choice onto a table because of their small stature.

All I can tell you that it is a known fact that the RSPCA have been de sexing from 6 weeks for many years.

Salivation & Unsteady On Back Legs

Oh boy what a worry. I know you have discussed it but it sounds so much like a tick. I can't think of much else with those symtoms. Good luck with him. -
Far to many of these are sold not to work. One of the greatest problems is that need to be in almost full sun to re charge the batteries. The batteries need to be checked to make sure they are working correctly. They emit a pulse into the ground that the snakes dislike and yes they do keep them away.
