When was the Brisbane Royal? I waited over 2 months with my first pup, but then my second pup they were ready when the pup was around 6 weeks old. Just depends when the breeder lodges all the paperwork. Brisbane Royal finished on the 18th Aug.

My puppy registrations are usually back within the week from Dogs Queensland. My pups title was back within the week. I would ring Dogs Queensland and ask if the litter has been registered. You will need your pups date of birth and any other relevent information with you. :)

Put the dogs in a reliable kennel, at least you will know where they are. :)

Maybe this is not the dog for you. :) The dog is plain lonely and looking for company. Many of our breeds like human association. If you are not going to be there this is the reaction the dog will give. All the exercise and stimulation in the world is not going to make up for you not being there. Yes, I do understand that you have a living to make and that you also have a social life, the problem is, that the dog doesn't understand. :)

I don't think there is anything wrong with the dog, it's just lonely and bored.

Ummmmmmm Errrrrrrrrr the first thing that comes to mind here is What about the security side of things. If a couple of kids can break in to my mind it leaves a lot to be desired about their security. By the way, I hope when they are caught somebody kicks their backsides from here to breakfast time and back again.

Lol yes. I don't think that we should have to wear a sign or symbol to tell others to give us space. All dogs should be given space by default. If you want to come in close you should always ask first. +1 My thoughts are if you have a problem dog fix the problem/s before you take it out. Advetising that the dog has a problem may come back to bite you if a problem does arrise. :)

All I have to say on the matter is this. There is none so blind as those who do not wish to see.

A friend and I started using the trailer years ago to cart all the dog gear in. I now have a large station wagon to cart all my stuff in, (even the de luxe gazebo) but as she has a sedan she still uses the trailer. It sure is an easy way to get all the gear to a dog show and as it was already there and hardly ever used there was no cost involved.

Yes, I am sure it must be a dreadful problem for the owners and a worse problem for the poor dogs with digestive problems. I have every admiration for those that care and take the time to support their dogs that have problems.

I have just changed my dogs over to Wellness and I am entirely satisified. I have chosen the Small Breed SUPER5MIX Adult Health and I could not be more satisfied with the product. Never had a problem in the changeover and the dogs love it. No problems whatsoever. I often wonder if could not be the variety that people pick. Of course we all have to keep in mind that some owners have no choice and have to pick what is availabe because of some dogs digestive problems. I thank my lucky stars that mine don't have those problems. :)

If you are interested in getting a walking machine I would suggest that you look in any of the Greyhound magazines for your state or go to the local Greyhound track and see if they have a notice board or look in the local Greyhound Guide/racing entries for good ones that may be for sale.

If you are so concerned about the state of the breed the best way to improve matters is to breed, produce healthy dogs of correct type and temperament and then get them into the show ring so that current judges can see what a well bred Dobermann should look like. Or is that too hard, takes too much blood sweat and tears? How long have you actually been in the breed? Not very long judging by your posts and your attitude. +1

Correct, many people with some dogs that require it use nothing else.
