A close friends bitch went blind in a few hours and was raced to the vet and diagnosed with SARDS, it is irreversible. The dog is still blind well over 12 months later. It also (SARDS) has side effects.

If I supplied you with suitable head studies of dog breeds what percentage is in it for me.

Gravy.........fed to dogs, mmmmmmmm, now wouldn't it make a difference if you got it out of a packet or made it yourself. I would not hesitate to feed dogs home made gravy. Many years ago a dog food manufacturer gave a packet of gravy in with the bag of dog food.

Most show dogs are bathed weekly, well mine are anyway. There is nothing wrong with their coats'. Firstly dogs dogs do not have pores in their skin. Dogs sweat through their mouth and feet. If the dog smells you are quite right it may be coming the diet. Needs to see a vet. The dog may have a yeast infection. If they shampoo their dog see if you can get them to use a good quality dog shampoo and conditioner. Some Westies are prone to skin problems so the diet can play a large part in the problem.

Use it on her now. Then every 4 weeks. Don't forget to worm her to.

I do not take deposits on pups as it causes to many problems. You pay when you collect your pup or if interstate, I send the pup when the cheque clears.

If she is not de sexed she'll come in season and you can go from there. Does it really matter if you have to wait a few months to find out. Put any costs of finding out towards the de sexing if she comes in season.

No your not being selfish. Go get your pure bred dog from a registered reliable breeder. Why take on someone else's problem from a shelter. With a pure bred at least you will know you will be getting type and temperament

Ethical reliable breeders should always give a deposit refund if the pup is not what the client wants.

Yes they grow out of them rather quickly. If you are ever stuck go to a thrift shop and purchase a suitable size windcheater and cut the sleeve out and use the cuff for the neck and just cut holes where the legs will go. Helps out till you can purchase a more suitable rug.
