Best Boarding Kennel In South East Brisbane?
oakway replied to Grace1979's topic in General Dog Discussion
Please correct me if I have been miss informed, but hasn't Champagne Park just changed hands. I have only posted this because you may not find the same people there. Just a thought. -
Only tinned pineapple. Just don't worry over it. Dogs all over the world do it. They are dogs and dogs do things like this. The only other advise I can give, is what was given to me when I first noticed my dogs first doing it. Don't look. I have had blood tests run, had diet checked, I literally spend thousands trying to find out what caused it to avail. It certainly had nothing to with diet or any other practiced management we use in dogs. It comes down to...they can...so they do. Again don't look.

Why would she want to dye her little fluffy ???????.
-
Hi, When do we get to see the photos???????
-
I thought of that too but i figured that our other dog would be sick too seeing as she eats more chipbark than she does he now also looks different in the eyes and his face. It's an American product and not available in Australia. This e mail has been doing the rounds for years.

If it is blood and as dark as the op says then it would have to be digested blood.
-
Oh my, me thinks he may go down in a burning ring of fire.
-
Congratulations all round.

Whoooo Whoooo Sue, Congratulations. :D ;)

I treat 12 months of the the year. Don't have them, don't want them and don't get them.

Yellowish Orangey Tongue, Dark Green Squirts Pink Gums

That's the point - how much of anything is "natural" today. As said......... if it came from the digester at the abattoir or the factory processing the blood and the bone, it will just that. Dog food manufactures purchase it to add to dog food, or did depending on the brand. -

If it is just that, blood and bone straight from the digester at the factory it will not hurt. If it has been turned into fertilizer it can be dangerous. Fertilizer has added ingredients what may kill. -
Unless we now the breed it's pretty difficult to you help you. If the breeders aren't testing then I would assume they have clear lines. Some breeds can be clear by parentage depending on what they are testing for.

Wow what a beauty. An Anal Gland Abscess.

Don't worry to much as we all know that dogs travel around the world on a daily basis. We all know it's difficult not to worry when your precious one is in flight. Keep occupied and sending good vibes to you.

I would never feed puppy food to a pregnant bitch. Puppy food is not adequate for bitches in whelp, it's for baby puppy's and puppy's. Bitches in whelp need a complete diet. I feed a basically raw diet with a complete dry food added for all my dogs.

If you learn yourself how to do a basic exam and you know what is normal you can by pass the vet visit as long as if you do pick something up which is out of whack you take em off for a check up. I don't vaccinate anything past its first year booster - which I give them myself. This was the recomendation from my girls breeder, they don't vaccinate past the 12 month booster. Sorry for the hijack, but am i right in assuming that after they get a vaccination at 1 year old, they don't need another vacc for the rest of their life? If so, how many people here does it? Everybody that's well informed about vaccinations I would say.
-
No, I don't take healthy dogs to the vet. I have a seven year old dog and bitch here that have only seen the vet for their puppy vaccinations. I also have a daughter of the above bitch that has only seen a vet for puppy vaccinations.

I Am So Angry, But What Can I Do Without Alienating My Daughter?
oakway replied to mantis's topic in General Dog Discussion
It's all up to her. You can't do anything unless she WANTS it to happen. -
Yes that's what they said last year...remember.
-
They make great family pets and I would recommend to many. A great breed that is over looked. Often referred to just as the PBGV.
-
Wait until they are invited.

My Whippets are rugged 24/7 in the winter, sometimes two or three depending on the day.

This bitch needs spaying yesterday. Yes that quickly. You said you are not a back yard breeder but if this litter does eventuate that's just what you'll be another back yard breeder. Their are a lot of pound people and rescuers out there that are banging their heads at the moment because they will be the ones having to mop up your MISTAKE. Get the bitch spayed as soon as possible for her sake as well as yours.
