  1. hahaha oh well they will make Eddie look like an angel then!!!
  2. Hey there - I'm not hiding, just a bit slow lol!!!! I replied to your other post too, it was funny as I was looking I see shoemonster as a post subject and thought huh??? Great that you're coming Cooper is still in 4 but he will be there tomorrow too They've been combining them a bit at the moment so he still may be in with us, how cute will that be with 3 beagles!!!
  3. Oh yeah he knows wait (with food and obedience) OK is his release word leave it come on quickly (when crossing roads etc if he's being a slow poke) jump up get down outside toilet
  4. Eddie knows the obedience ones and he knows swimming (and whilst at swimming he knows want another go?!!!!) He knows: in the car move over in your bed lets go going home this way school Cooper Grandma Who's that? Bickie (he runs to the laundry and waits when I say that!) Tryng to think of others, they know so much, we have to be careful!!!
  5. Yay!!!! Go Jake and Anne That's excellent, what a good boy!!! Isn't it funny how sometimes they just get it all right?!!! We want to look at agility when Ed's older too and maybe flyball cos I love watching it!!!
  6. Did you see the puppy beagle last year at Southern who was about 3 months - sooooo cute He's grown up a bit now but still little and still very cute!!! I will have to get Tan to bring Coop as well, he used to be scared of the water but now he will swim in the doggy pool so he may be better at the beach, will have to see!
  7. Yeah I remember there being two beagles in a class and thought it was cute but that's about it!!! I think we will bring Ed and come to the beach, even if he stays on lead to stop him running
  8. And the beagle howl is soooo pityful too Can't wait to meet the little guys
  9. Yeah I hadn't had Don before, he was really nice and I always like Jack Ah poor Hamish, they must get lost without each other One of the girls we know that has just started has two staffords and one comes to class, the other stays home, and the one that satys home always sulks the whole time she's gone! I've told her to bring him too but she's worried he'll spend the whole time barking, to which we replied ummm so ? It's a dog school, there's lots of barking!!! The only people who really notice are the ones who own the dogs lol
  10. Hey there! Yeah it went well, we had 4 & 5 combined so we had Jack and Don, there were only 5 of us Eddie did really well for 2/3 of the class til he realised that it would be more fun to try to play with Coopy for the rest of class!!! Jack said he has an excellent stand though and that he worked well and not to expect him to always concentrate the whole way through class being that he's still a youngin!!! Then at the end he got us to do a 1/2 minute sit stay, which felt like ages and Eddie was great Then after Jack laughs and says, well that was a full minute, well done Your poor boy having that happen on his first night, no wonder he's a little skittish going there, how long have you been going? And how old are your two?
  11. Coopy would do that, he'd kind of hyper ventilate or something He'd get so stressed Does he hate school when he's there?
  12. We're lucky Eddie is great in the car Cooper beagle used to be awful but since he's been going to obed and swimming he loves it which is heaps easier for Tan It's not feeling too bad now, still abit hot but theres a bit of a breeze, hopefully we will see you there!
  13. Mt waverley, so 30 min peak hour 20 min on Sun Where are you? I think there's supposed to be a cool change later
  14. It took Eddie time to start concentrating! Bronson will get there, it takes a while for them to realise they're not allowed to play Eddie is normally pretty good in class but as soon as we finish he knows and turns into a terror!!! Yeah we will defiantely be there tonight! My first beg 5 class, scary
  15. Lablover, I sometimes want to dance when we've had a good class!!! And then I sometimes actually do!!! lol Tan often takes Cooper the beagle for a walk before she comes down to training to tire him out too She should bring him to play with the evil ones! You will freak when you see how big he is, he's a big boy!!!
  16. I don't find it does I have the bag on the back of my right hip and I get treats out with my right hand and transfer to my left hand when we are waiting for instructions, then when we are training he does not look at the bag as he can't see it, but he knows they are now in my left hand
  17. That's great news for Mallee, Eddie was the same and he hadn't spent anywhere near the time in his crate
  18. Yeah I've got the liner in my bd bag and it's great, I couldn't be happier with it
  19. Thanks guys! CBL that's right I'll be with you and yours guys!!!! Hopefully he'll behave, he loves Beagles!!! Sparty, I should have said when I said about them being stuffed, I meant when it's hot and they stay not cos they are being good but because they can't be bothered moving lol Oh except if we're going to the water bowl, then he moves pretty fast :D
  20. Thanks! I was reading your post on Daegon and Kovu ealrier, sounds like you had a good day apart from poor Kovu's paw It's funny how much better behaved there are when they're stuffed (though not too much or they drop and won't move!!!!!)
  21. Oh she looks like she is pooped lol I'm so glad she loved it, it makes it so much more fun after being cooped up and a little less guilt for you at cooping her up! Did she crash when she got home?
  22. Eddie had his last puppy obedience class last week and was placed into Beginner 5 which is the highest Beginner class next to the actual "Coloured" classes - I'm new and don't understand it all properly! I think pink may be like level one or something Anyone who can explain it to me would be much appreciated lol He is now almost 7 months and will sit stay drop stay stand stay wait come heel (all on lead, though at home I can do the stays except drop off lead and walk out of the room for sit stay!!!) Anyway, I'm rambling but I was proud! I know others are probably better at that age but it's all new to me too so I have to learn while he is learning Bel
  23. I'm sure she'll be fine in the water, don't worry, she'll be so glad to be able to get some energy out!!! Good luck and make sure you post how she goes (have a look in general at my video of Eddie swimming - he loves it - but don't be worried if she's funny at first, it can take time to get used to it)
  24. If you do take her there (even though it's a bit of a drive, but a long drive is better than no swimming), they are absolutely fantastic, helpful and friendly and they are open later on Thurs night and during the day sat and sun
  25. lol OK thanks!!! I suppose it would be hard for them!!!
