  1. I give Ed 1 fish oil capsule and 2 teaspoons of glucosamine He is 19kg
  2. Pic of Eddie 2 months after implant No softening of body here, but definitely shrunken testicles
  3. Once she is used to going in she will go in herself My dogs sit by the crate at bedtime if the door is shut, waiting for me to open it! lol
  4. Defiantely try the crate, sil's dog can be free to walk around and even sniff if he decides he is game, and it will be good training for your pup ETA I didn't read your plast post properley lol Great that you got a crate, sounds like you are doing lots of good things
  5. Kristie I feel your pain, I have 2 teens at the moment though Eddie pushes it more than Molly does!!!!! They are getting better, and my training methods are getting better!!! They are both 13 months now hehehe Thank dog for DOL is all I can say!!!
  6. Tell her to get his paw xrayed Those were exactly Eddie's symptoms, and he had fractures in his sesamoids in his paw I now give him glucosamine and fish oil and keep an eye on the amount of exercise he gets, and know what his limits are
  7. Yeah a questionaire sounds like a good idea, get their opinions I tend to stare off into space at training, half the time cos its boring and half the time because I am thinking about what they are telling me
  8. Last night on our walk I was practising slow fast and normal pace, and drops and stands (with my dog though!!!) Still would have looked a little strange!!! Even my OH was laughing at me But Ed was doing some fantastic work
  9. Yeah I think that would work, and you are not doing it permanently Molly ate through a door to get out a few months back, slowly she has gotten better, but your situation is more urgent and this could be a solution Do a test run tonight and leave them and go outside and see what they do?
  10. I would say it is But I don't know what you could do about it Maybe try the rescue remedy for him?
  11. Awww she is cute! Distract her with treats if she loves food, being a stafford she will probably love any type of food, so you can use low value treats that won't fill her up too much
  12.   And her name is Molly?????? See the brat in my sig, called Molly? She chases her tail, though not as often as you describe but then she is 12 months Can you distract her with food?
  13. Yep I think we all get it sometimes, stuff them!!! Their dogs are probably in their backyard 24/7 And they are like kids, they always playy up the bigger the audience and are always naughty at grandma's house
  14. Oh ok so maybe I need to get a letter then for the VCA I'm sure my vet won't mind, he was excited about doing it and wanted me to report back in
  15. We are thinking of showing Ed with his in, but had only held back as i was worried it wasn't allowed I don't think it is unfair, as it is available to any dog, and shouldn't give him any advantage, rather a slight disadvantage
  16. Maybe she is a secret agent  Or they want to keep her all to themselves so they don't become wanted like you K9 :p
  17. Great to hear Best of luck with your future training now
  18. hmmm yeah pretty much Nah I think I get it Stella, Anne and I are going to come down to wp either this sunday or the one after, will you be around?
  19. I'm starting agility, and I love it - mainly cos the dogs love it I also love doing freestyle (doggy dance) with Molly, she is so enthusiastic, it's great I use clicker training, and find it so easy to teach them things Oh and we did lure coursing for the first time on the weekend which was great fun too! I just love doing anything with the dogs I think
  20. Right ok! We need little drawings or pics of us doing it I think!
