Yeah we will be at FOO for the last one this week, have really enjoyed going to it, pity the nights are getting too dark now. DD would love to get together too Glorybea, Ed was so proud of himself in that retriving!!! hehe It was great fun! Loved watching the dogs try to figure out what we wanted

Thanks!! Will have to enter the next one now, see how we go Now I'm all motivated to get Molls working too, she has lovely focus while it lasts! (normally 20 seconds at a time!)

Just got back from our second day at KCC with ANOTHER PASS!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And ANOTHER 2ND IN RING!!!!!! I got to meet Gamby this weekend as well as Glorybea which was great too! I'm sure Gamby will update when she gets home! Not as good a score today 87/100 as my little angel decided to stop and eat duck poo on the way to me on his recall but luckily he kept on coming and finished it for me They also did a fun toy retrive comp and I gave him a go. Out of 30 or so toys he picked the same style of toy 3 times and brought them back, he had a blast even though he had no idea what he was doing!

Well done Glorybea!!! Was great to meet you today too! I have a little brag, I entered my first trial today, CCD with Eddie. He did really well, a score of 92/100 and 2nd in the ring!!! Very proud of my boy!

Natural Rememdies For Conjuntivitis
shoemonster replied to InspectorRex's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
The eye specialist recomended cold camomile tea for Molly's eyes for mild conjunctivitus -
We have one, Ed liked it for a few weeks, and now a few years later its lying on the ground at mums, and Molly loves dragging it around the backyard when we go visit! We also have the staffy ball, which Molly plays with but Ed's not fussed by

I noticed that they have advertised in the Jan Vic Dog

My Cavalier Baby Limps Occasionally...
shoemonster replied to Arky's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
Anti imflammatries at first, when we werent sure what it was, it took a while to get a good diagnosis and everytime we thought it was ok it would flare up again. He ended up getting xrays (which I wish we had done sooner), and spent 4 weeks (I think) crated, or on lead to pee. His sesamoids were fractured. During that time and for a long time after I swam him so he could still exercise, and he has been as good as gold for nearly 2 years -

How old is she? Eddie limped after resting on the front after he damaged his sesamoids (cartlidge in the paw) -
I'm so sorry

Thankyou! I am very proud of her, it was a big full on weekend, but hey we survived Found out this arvo she got her FDX while we were there too!!! Woohoo!!!! Well done Molly Moo! Well done to everyone really, our team for keeping on going without Stuart and having to learn very quickly how Molly works lol, and the other team for winning their division! -
Bits and Pieces did so well!!!! Very very exciting! I have a little brag, Molly got her first 2 flyball titles in Canberra! FD, and FDX, very proud of my little bimbo!
-
Oh that is cute Kavik!!! Molly would like that Ed is a fussy bugger though I think I've figured out that he likes fabric best, or tennis ball type stuff rather than rubber. Molls isnt fussy at all Rex, if molly hasnt managed to destroy it, its pretty good I dont leave them with them, they are only used for training but even still they have lasted longer than I thought

Did some work with their small wubbas last night, worked great! Very pleased as I'd been worried they wouldnt be as exciting if they were smaller. Were at the local park and when we finished I realised we had an audience

Great work, well done!!!!! What an awesome weekend!

Yeah the water ones are made of kind of wet suit material with a hollow rubber ball inside, so they float pretty well So well that a friend ended up swimming in the dam as it floated too far, the dogs couldnt see it and we couldnt throw rocks far enough for them to splash near it :D
-
Yeah I was surprised that they actually last with boof heads using them!
-
Thanks LP :p I've learnt also if I'm going to be in a fairly new situation not to go for the toy with him, as when I am unsure of what I'm doing he wants nothing to do with it. so Í guess I've learnt how to use toys with him and most importantly when to use them So a brag for myself :D i've learnt alot in the last few months! Thanks to a few people, Erny being one right up the top of the list!
