A friend of mine has one of these for her elderly gsd and all her dogs love using the ramp.

Plastic ramp, they are strong enough for dogs and light enough to pick up and put behind back seat for storage and to take with you in the car

The stud dog owner usually give you the form once the stud monies are paid, they put their dogs details and When my dogs are used at stud make sure the bitches name and reg. details are on the form.

Do not the dog transport companies hire the vari crates?

I worry about the little collars get caught on some thing or the puppies chew them. I mark my puppies with different coloured nail polish at the top of the head - can get nails polish in many colours from the cheap shops.

The ebay has furminators are good value - I have one. A good warm bath before to loosen the coat and then a good brush after dry to get the dead coat out.
