I am searching for ideas to help my Malt/shih tzu cross she is 6yrs old we have started our UD training and my hurdle to get over LOL is the jumps it took me some time to train her to jump safely for Open it was a slow journey as she has trouble judging the jump -I succeeded by placing dowel 3 pieces in front of jump saying wait at each and final one' over 'and slowly remove them as she suceeded ,I hope you understand what I mean here ?? now we have the box [doing okay ] but I only have it a short distance from jump approx 2.5 metres which i will not lengthen until she is secure in this area , the major problem is she jumps toooo early about metre which frightens the living s**t out of me she is trying sooo hard to please has trouble judging jump [not eyes] I need your support in advice because it is a distance of the run up to the jump do you have any suggestions to help us overcome this ???????????????? looking forward to your suggestions as I know there is an answer out there Glorybea

I just wanted add another brag with Bindii I went to Moorabbin and got another pass in open 192 won the ring . the other dog got 2nd N/Q so I had a dreat father's day . It was a double but won't try Bindii in one again she was too tired and me popping across in 1 rings didn't help . How did others go ?? Glorybea

hi all all with lots of second thoughts about not being good enough !!!! which we are not as she is a lagger ANYWAY we entered the state and national --state was a wipe-out the day wasn't worth mentioning .More second thoughts about national but was told it's only a trial just remember that --and I got a pass 183/200 her first !!!!!! yeah my other one was sitting on a pass back broke her down stay almost there I was over the moon Cheers Glorybea

Hi I live in Carrum s/e Melb my vet encourages to feed what ever suits your dog ,I raw feed he is Dr Tim Battaglene at the Patterson Lakes animal Hospital Gladesville?Mc Leod rds 97720300 there is another one in Mc cloed rd but keep AWAY unless you are very rich lol he is straight to the point . I am not flushed with money only on the pension but the DIFFERENCE in my dog ,my hubby said "I don't care what it cost ,just look at her " look at her indeed wow! started on EPO as told now on royal jelly and her coat HAS grown it soft shiny and NO itchies . I too have brought from Leonards human as well as pet mince and both have had an off smell by reachinf home ALSO one lady at the dog school feed her dog the pet mince and her dog got sick and she took it to the vet and by then it was bleeding interanally and died whereby they found a chicken splinter had torn a hole in it's stomach .No mince for my dogs !!! Hi all I have been fighting the rashes ,itchies ,hair loss ,changing diets you name it everything I think has helped in some way but still the itchies but came across your list and the excitement from all of you was coming through loud and clear sooo I went on to website then rang and spoke to Archie[ Weds] as you say he was wonderful and promised it by Fri day and I found it in the letterbox at 7-30 tonight and she was bathed by 8-30 -- her coat came out silky&shiny she has been scratching non stop since last Thursday .So I will let you know , THANKS HEAPS for your list of comments because if you read this anywhere else you would think it was a commercial ,but when dog people get together on products it is the best because it is honest ,thanks again Glorybea

Talking of laughing your retrieving with the "toys" was the best I have ever seen soooo glad I nevermissed it .Yes DD you will see me at the next session FOO I really enjoy them it has such a good relationship of a trial and you can correct mistakes that you can't in the real ring and I don't think they know the difference [!
