  1. Sound, sensbile and practical advice, NM77
  2. Agree with 4paws, can highly recommend Colin, his service is great and he is very helpful and friendly. You will have NO problems with sharpening or servicing on any equipment. He is Nicestman77 on DOL and is located at Moruya, South Coast N.S.W.
  3. KJA, have deselected crop tool, chosen another and then gone back to crop and its doing the same. Have also closed down PS and still the same Please remind me where the clear button is. When I go to crop, there is like a star in the middle of the photo, and the mouse is a solid black arrow. Say you go to the top of what you want to crop then small arrows appear, one facing right and the other down. Same say on the left, the arrows face right and down.
  4. Am trying to crop some images, the crop tool instead of being dragged across the photo in "one piece", is going off on angles, sideways etc etc, sorry not too sure how to explain it.
  5. Pesh, sorry to be hi-jacking your thread Ellz, you are too tempting for words
  6. Ellz, NO more purchasing for either ourselves or the dogs then from the supermarket
  7. Ellz, do you mean to tell me that if I buy Lamb's Fry from the supermarket, and make up a dish including bacon, mushrooms, onion and a brown gravy for ourselves that it is beef?. :D BCPuppy seems to have the answer re thickness and yes much easier to slice when partially frozen.
  8. We use either Lamb's Fry or Liver in our dehydrater, which we purchase either from our butcher or Woolworths. Woolies however do not slice it and it's a bit of a performance cutting it up in slices for the dehydrater
  9. Have had a Liberty and another imported from US, (can't remember the name!!) when I had a mobile dog grooming service, they were both effective but very very noisy. Now have an Oldfield Maxidry Master which am very happy with, it has heat control.
  10. When using a dry product we feed Nutro or Ziwipeak
  11. We have used Anna Deakin at BVS for eye testing for our pus, she is lovely.
  12. There are numerous photos of ticks if you do a google search Here is one link http://www.pittwateranimalhospital.com.au/ticks.html
  13. Shet, personally speaking, if I have a litter due with more potential forever homes than I can possibly fill then I will refer prospective buyers to any one else (reputable of course) I know who are expecting a litter and I would hope the same would be indicative of where you live. Again, personally speaking, I have no objection to any number of emails I may receive from a potential forever home, in fact the more contact from a potential home the better, I would never consider this contact to be a pest. Please free to PM if you want to discuss anything further.
  14. Jeanne, We use Sentinel Spectrum and Advantix on our dogs for ticks. As far as I am aware Armidale is not in a tick area?.
  15. Grrr, sorry!!! Perhaps you can list this under QLD? Tali has stayed here and hopefully can recommend but is away at the moment http://www.woodfordfarmstay.com/
  16. We have dog friendly accommodation, are we allowed to post a link to our website?.
  17. luvsdogs, if you are asking about Ziwipeak, it can be purchased over the internet or you can contact the importers for a list of their retail outlets.
  18. Ziwipeak: http://www.ziwipeak.com/nzl/home.shtml Prestige Pet Products in Caboolture are the importers.
  19. If you are on Brisbane's northside http://www.sheepherdingqueensland.com/
  20. Suggest you have a look at Filtabac http://www.horsesuppliesdirect.com.au/category117_1.htm
  21. The only canned food we will feed ours is Ziwipeak, its all natural, contains no chemical preservatives added colourants etc. but it is pricey.
