Beef bones, chicken frames and chicken wings give Panda either the trots or the "upchucks". I can't give six dogs beef bones, frames or wings and not Panda, so when I feed chicken frames to the others he gets chicken necks.

Caboolture Show Training

Can't make tonight, OH not well. Hope to be there next week. Looking forward to catching up. -
I too would be looking at the ingredients list of the Supercoat which you are feeding. From their website, adult = "Meat and meat by-products (from chicken and/or beef), wholegrain cereals (wheat and/or sorghum". For starters many dogs cannot tolerate wheat- they can be celiac, the same as humans. Some dogs are also intolerant of beef as Loraine has posted.

We used Petsbyair, an Auckland based company, when we brought our dogs over in 2005. http://www.petsbyair.com/ -

Looking good, KR. How come you haven't asked us for a cuddle -
As with shellbyville but also include a CD/DVD of photos of the litter as they were growing up.

Lure Coursing At Kuraby

We used to go and ours loved it, it now clashes with herding training on a Sunday -
We have done Wondai the last two years and are giving it a break for 2010. We expect to be back in the ring in March. More important matters in Feb such as a proposed trip to Tassie

You may be better off posting this in the show ring thread.

Help With Registration Names - Parti(party) Theme
ShesaLikeableBiBear replied to Partipaws's topic in Breeders Community
Cute litter, PP Yes, now 30, well in QLD anyway. Parti Till Ya Drop All Partied Out Partied Till Dawn Springdog's last suggestion: You could use Mad Hattas T Parti. With the other suggestions use Parti instead of Party -
Haven't looked into breeders permits, but we are allowed four dogs on 40 acres (which we have). If we want more than the four dog limit we have to apply for a kennel licence with all it's encumberances (i.e. concrete runs etc etc etc). The application fee alone is over $4,000, with no guarantee it will be approved. On top of that add in yearly registration fees. Bloomin' councils :D

Show Clothes - New To Showing
ShesaLikeableBiBear replied to Border Lover's topic in General Dog Discussion
:D kelpiesrule, don't think I have come across any golf shoes yet in purple and white ;) closest is pink and white. The Footjoys are a little $$$ but then they are leather and put a "real spring in your step". I take a 7 1/2 and you are welcome to try any time for a fit. Border Lover, there is a lady who shows borders in this "neck of the woods" who always wears a pair of tartan trousers in a red "plaid", must say she looks smart and it "suits" the part of the "borders". :D -
The first thing I would be doing is going back to her breeder for advice as to whether or not they consider your bitch to be a good example of the breed.

Show Clothes - New To Showing

Another fan of golf shoes here. As I play golf they serve a dual purpose. They come in a good range of colours as well-I have navy & white; pink & white; bone & white; black & white and light blue & white. Personally speakinng I find Footjoy the most comfortable. -

Gain some more recognition in the ring for Odin, my bi-black sheltie. Points towards his title will be a bonus. :D We may, all things considered, (and with the grace of dog) have a bi-blue in the ring in either 2010 or 2011 Perhaps in the future the first bi-blue to gain a title in Aus. ;)

Food Dehydrator/or Oven
ShesaLikeableBiBear replied to Tiggy's topic in Health / Nutrition / Grooming
It depends what you are drying and how soft you want it. e.g. we dry liver overnight. If it is still "sticky" we dry for longer. -
Food Dehydrator/or Oven

We have the Ezidri, much better than the oven and if it is something a bit smelly that we want to dry we use an outside powersource. -
Thanks for sharing, Ellz. It really is fantastic.
