  1. No the breeder can't sell the pup without it being microchipped. Can't find the relevant information on DogsQLD website, here is a link to the information on Dogs Victoria's website, it will be the same throughout Australia. http://www.dogsvictoria.org.au/Content.asp?ID=210
  2. I don't tink a beagle puppy at 6 weeks is any smaller than a sheltie puppy at the same age. Our litter born on 12 June were microchipped at 6 weeks. The requirement is that the puppies are microchipped before the registration papers are forwarded to Dogs QLD. In addition they cannot be eye tested without the microchip details. PS This is regardelss of main/limited registration.
  3. Annette Ironside owns Petsbyair, and I believe they can arrange transport from Australia to NZ. http://www.petsbyair.com/
  4. Done, with a description of what I will be wearing, as a friend will have one of the pups in sweepies.
  5. Great news, all TS, will be awesome if we can meet up as mentioned before, easier if you look for the black and white shelties, there are NO others in the ring in QLD!!.
  6. S.F, (it's easier to type!!). Not just the flavour between C/R and L/R. C/R is formulated for dogs with a sensitive tummy. Have a good look at the ingredients list of both "formulas". As has been mentioned, Oscar may have a tummy bug?
  7. If it is of any help sheltiesndanes, has as the name suggests a sheltie and danes.
  8. We fed Nutro on its own until a year ago. We now feed 2/3rds homemade and 1/3rd Nutro.
  9. We have fed Nutro (initallly the US product, and now the Australian made one) Lamb and Rice and Chicken and Rice to our dogs since 2000 with NO issues. We have weaned seven litters onto Nutro puppy food, again with no issues, and currently have x2 pups aged 11.5 weeks who are eating Nutro Chicken and Rice Puppy Food:)
  10. TS, you will have fun with three Shelby, lovely photo of Ella. Thor and Nikki had their first outing last weekend, much admired, and were wee troopers. Their first show will be 24/25 Sept. TS, we are entering Hervey Bay 09/10 Oct, sweepies and breed classes. We have the only bi-black shelties in QLD so shouldn't be to hard to find us if you would like to meet. Easier for you to find the shelties than us to find Dachies.
  11. We are awaiting a number of banner advertisements from cookbook advertisers which I have been unable to follow through with due to an unexpected illness in my family. Hopefully this can be sorted out this week. The book is looking AWESOME.
  12. It seems we have kept the noisies not impressed
