Good luck everybody! I am told it is very cold and very windy up there today! -
Congratulations to all the new mums and additions! :D I hope everybody had a great Christmas! Update - All 13 still doing well and Mum is doing a super job, the milk bar is well and truly at full capacity now I haven't had to top up the last few days!
-
MonElite, I hope all is OK, we have yet to hear after you said the first pup came along.
-
Congratulations Redkidsmum ;) , they sure are big babies. Glad to hear in the end all is well.
-
Good luck MonElite, you have had a long night, thankfully your girl is delivering at a reasonable hour! Look forward to seeing what arrives by days end.

Congratulations Bulldust! ;) May Mum and babies thrive!

Talisker, glad to hear you have 3 lovely babies. All the best for them and Mum. redkidsmum, all the best with your girl I hope she doesn't get too much bigger!. Risyntira, I hear you.........you just have to wade through them......IMO it is the one thing I loath about having a litter, funding the best homes in a sea of wanna be's..........

Good luck!!!

Good luck and looking forward to seeing the new additions. Thank you Bokezu, so far so good. I think we are in need of updated pics of your guys, I bet they again have grown so much! Redkidsmum, your girl is certainly very large isn't she, is this her first litter or if not was she the same size last time? ;)

The tails on this litter are looking similar to my previous tailed litters, we have no kinks or misformed ends, so they look normal. Some are slightly thicker than others but they all look good in shape and length. The Dam has a finer less hairy tail than the Sire (I refer to his as a Basil Brush tail, thick and hairy) so it will be interesting to see who gets what furnishings on their tails. You can get a variation in tail length but mostly we like to see them finish around the top of the hock joint as an adult. I have two nearly 6 month old pups here and their tails are so very very long at this stage, but typical for a puppy at this age the tail grows really long and then they grow into them.

I agree with Aziah and Fordogs, I would be giving a little more time. The canines can take some time to finally let go as the adult push through. We have had puppies have 8 canines at once whilst the adults are pushing through and not had an alignment problem, but hey we don't know the breed you are talking about and can only talk about my breed and own dogs.

Hi Everybody....... ;) Just dropped by to let you know they have arrived. Born on the 20th, yesterday afternoon / last night we had 9 girls and 4 boys arrive........yes 13 babies! I have not had any sleep, my eyes are hanging out of my head and I hope to get a few hours of sleep today. So far this morning we have all the arrivals still with us, a few are a bit rattily (sp?) in the chest but so far so good. I will post some pics when I get the camera out and after I get a bit of sleep. I am exhausted!
-
Great news SBT101, no doubt you can relax a little more now that all seems to be going well.
-
Thank you for letting me know and also sharing the pic of the beautiful girls. ;)

Well we are still waiting. We have been up and down throughout the night. I have managed to get a good sleep in thanks to my OH getting the other dogs organsied this morning. So again I will wait..........maybe she has taken from the second mating which means she is due on Monday. Damn girls they keep you guessing at times don't they!
