I am sorry for your loss Bella and family
  2. I also balked at the price of ADT when I first enquired, but when I sat down and worked it out, it is actually very fair in comparison. You think about your normal obedience club, most are approx $45 a year, and some charge a class fee of about $3 a week. Work that out on the average life span of a dog and its a whole lot more than the cost of joining ADT, which is a lifetime membership.
  3. Did they suggest a session with the behavourist that they have at ADT?? I think that would be your first point of call and working through it with the behavourist. BTW which one did you go to?? ETA - you said that your dog had KC last week and you went to training???
  4. http://www.flyball.org.au/ There is plenty to read on this site, might be helpful
  5. Debbie Hall - I will PM you the details.
  6. Larry Stuart Little Spike And my little miss sitting on the sidelines freezing her butt off - how pathetic does she look.
  7. Molly - Shoemonsters girly Maverick - Shoemonsters boys (eddie) brother. I seriously think he needs a superman cape. Jade
  8. I have 2 doing obedience, and 2 doing beginners flyball and will hopefully compete one day. Both the same dogs.
  9. I have the ones off Ebay as well and very happy with them. I got my dogs names on the front, and they look great.
  10. We are coming up to watch. Shoemonster and her OH and dogs are coming too. Miss Molly is in the Berwick team. :D
  11. Does anyone know of anywhere that training is run in the area of Warragul or surrounds??? Thanks in advance.
  12. I think NO aswell. Training should be a positive thing for both owner and dog, and it should always finish on a positive note. I have left training in tears due to stupid instructors, and I can tell you that it put me and my dog 10 steps back. It also took me a long time to get back to training as I was scared about the same things occuring. As for the quality of the training, then the same goes. There is no point training wrong and hoping it will just turn out the best. You might as well jut not train.
  13. Yeah possibly. I would be interested in what you come back with. Have a good look and ask lots of questions
  14. I want to know why you have to shower the dogs first. No other pool does that. I sounds very regimented at the new pool, maybe its just the way they have worded it though.
  15. Yeah we have a thingy to pull out which instantly stops it, I will hold on to that. I tried walking on it with my boy, but I think that sitting at the front will be more helpful for him. Baby steps. Thanks for the advise
  16. Just so in the winter months I can still get my dogs some excercise.
  17. Has anyone got any ideas on how to get a dog used to walking on a treadmill??? Thanks in advance.
  18. Gosh yeah, but her owner is pretty damn good looking!!! Seriously though, Molly is doing awesome. Who would have thought goldfish brain could have such good focus :D
  19. Bit like how people think of you Shoemonster Ever noticed the attention your dogs get and you don't
  20. Apparently I am coming. Shoemonster said I have too.
