I have always gone with 25mm I have lab x's and a kelpie x Yep I agree, 25mm for sure. I ordered one for a friend with a kelpie x JR and she got the 19mm, and it was perfect, but for a dog any bigger I would go the 25mm.

Were you one of the ones she had to email about dodgy sounding measurments All the doggies look awesome in their personalised harnesses!!! Now I want one for my dog and we don't even do Flyball Yes but shhhhh don't tell anyone It was only cause she was used to doing borders etc, not boof head, broad chested Staffords, so out of courtesy she emailed me to make sure that the measurements were correct. Once I told her it was a stafford we were all good to go
-
The measurements aren't hard, there is a diagram that shows you where to measure. Jenny will also email you if something doesn't sound right aswell.
-
Jorja has a purple one with her name on it, and the lead has her name aswell. I will try and get a pic of her too if you like.
-
I got my harnesses from Jenny aswell, this is what the name looks like.

They are lovely Ish, I reckon it will suit OH pretty well. Thanks

Doncaster, Berwick, Oakleigh and Boronia are all closed this weekend.

I (personally) don't want 2 Ripley, should have said that in the OP, sorry. OH tends to go out alot on the weekends 4wding etc, and he takes the Olympus, which leaves me cameraless, and with kids, its always when I want to take pics that I don't have the camera. So basically it would be a back up (the Pentax), or given to OH to use. I love my Olympus and am really happy with it, hasn't missed a beat and have had some great photos from it (crap photos due to the user, not the camera).
-
As you said before, its irrelavant to the OP anyway. I will say (once again) people need to make up there own minds as to what suits them, so go along and see what works for you.
-
As I said 'in the past' and also said it had changed  I didn't ask you to go back there, was just saying that it had changed. I am not going to get into an argument about Southern with you, I just wanted to let other people to know that your opinion isn't reflective of the current training methods at the club!!
-
Thats the best thing to do LukeW. I haven't found a club that isn't welcome to people coming along to watch. ADT have an info session that is free, but you have to book in. You get to sit down at the end with a trainer and go through what you are looking for and whether it would be suitable for you etc. I had the number of a lady that did purely clicker training, as I was thinking of going there with Bronson. I will try and find it, if not I know someone that had it. I will PM you. She only does private lessons though.

I am not pushing for the club, was just wondering how long ago you were there, as to where your judgement was coming from. Yes I know the OP is not exactly close, but other people reading the thread my be interested and your opinions seem to be a little outdated. As you can see from my replies in this thread, I am not pushing Southern, if anything the RCV gets my vote hands down. As you have said to the OP (and I said it to) you need to experience what the clubs offer so that you can personally decide as to what will work for you best. I have also stated that I have had my fair share of bad experiences at Southern, so I don't see that as 'pushing' the club
-
Yeah it has changed alot in recent years. Not saying it is what you are after, but it isn't as 'traditional' as it used to be. I use food and positive reward and no one has said anything so far.

Tess32 - when were you at Southern last??

That would be great Ish, thanks

Hi there, Does anyone have a DSLR from Pentax?? Or does any one have any feedback on them. I currently own Olympus E500 and have the oppurtunity to get a Pentax DSLR for next to nothing (good friend is national sales manager) and was wanting to get some feedback first. Cheers

As title says, just looking for a step by step way on how people remove backgrounds. There are so many different ways of doing it, and would like to have a go at them all and see which one suits me best. Thanks in advance.

You won't be looked at funny at Rotty club, you will just join us as members of the Nott-a-Rott club. Perhaps contact Cosmolo or Erny, as they both do private tuition, and I think that Cosmolo has group sessions now.

They can beef up during seasons I think. So could possibly be the reason why she is heavier at the moment. Are you able to find out a break down of the food mix you are feeding her, might help with working out the amount you give her.

Has she had a season??

They train wednesday nights at KCC - and yep they go up to trialling. Shoemonster has just gotten her CCD and quite a few members trial. And yes, they take all breeds. http://www.rottweilerclubofvictoria.com/site/index.php?id=32

I have a 5 yr old desexed girl who is 11.5kg, and my male (3yrs old) is 18kg. So yeah I think she is a little on the heavy side. What is the name of the proper dog food you are using, and how much are you feeding??
