The R$PCA is very good at covering up their evil deeds and the truth, especially when there's money to be made...poor Clifford the pitbull is the perfect example of this... and of cause they never have any money do they. :mad Right, so the reason that there is no evidence this dog even existed let alone was the public face of a MPW is because the RSPCA is good at cover up. #rollyeyeman

As I noticed on another thread, Jo, who investigates the investigators? An investigation into the RSPCA is unlikely to happen. They hold all the cards.

They seem to do that all the time on their TV show. Your dog is one big matted mess. Here have it back. But I find it ironic that they're overcrowded by 150 and normally that would entail a visit from the RSPCA. Who investigates the investigators?

The ACT branch seems to be the one doing the most and it's notable they don't have any money.

Most people who use chiros on their dogs seem to think the ones who are vets first then chiros are better. Another alternative in this area is a physio. They train as a people physio first. However, Joz is very determined to own his own kennels one day and dog walking is his first step along that road. Joz, you should consider the suggestion of volunteering as an RSPCA (or other rescue group) walker first and perhaps consider fostering for a reputatable rescue.

Not at all familiar. Perhaps he's still at a pound which may explain why he's not on the website.

I think the RSPCA is probably treading quite carefully now it's turning into a bit of PR disaster.

All the RSPCA has to do if it's not true is ask the police to make a statement.

Definitely uglier. I assume that if the police stopped the truck and if motels refused accommodation, this can be proved. Not sure why they'd need accommodation, though? On the flip side, if the dogs pts had untreatable and unmanageable medical conditions, this can be disproved by Moorook's vet. Certainly, no one seems to be doing themselves any favours and as usual, the only ones who will end up suffering are the dogs.

Agree. I totally understand that there are a lot of issues with the RSPCA and much of the distrust is certainly warranted, but jumping in with the hate without the information to support it is pointless and counterproductive. Certainly, the OP is asking if it's true but there's been much assumption and no proof.

Look if someone has a link about this dog that doesn't come from a Facebook campaign, feel free to post it. Everything else is just useless speculation.
