I asked Canine Cruising for a quote last night and had it first thing this morning, impressive service so far. The price seems really good and the list of standard features is great. It has bigger bays than the Davcar, but the Davcar still has the upper hand for storage as far as I can see. C-trailers rang me to follow up on their quote, not really impressed with the flooring options so far. My old Classic Ind. 3 berth had a hot poured rubber floor that would have out lasted the entire trailer. It sealed the walls to the floor as a complete piece. No dog pee getting into nooks and crannies. Some how the option for marine carpet on ply just doesn't seem as good. I have looked at Toledo, Tricky and Ranger trailers at southern shows. I'm sure there are differences, I just can't see them. They pretty much look generic. If I'm going to spend a small fortune, it would be nice to have something that standards out as different. Anyone else have any other feedback? TIA

After previously threatening to get out of Siberians, a new puppy has me looking forward to once again dragging multiple dogs to shows again. I'm now looking for a new 4 berth dog trailer. I have quotes from both C-trailers and Davcar so far. Not really interested in purchasing something used at this stage and I'm not really fond of the Trek trailers. Any one have any other suggestions? At this stage I like the Davcar due to storage space but the C-trailer is about $1k cheaper when optioned. Can anyone suggest anything else to look at?

Alright the year before then, two Dobes in three years sired by the same dog.

Fun Fact - I had it pointed out to me about 30 mins after Gen Specials by " you know who" that the same dog sired this years and last years BIS winners. Does anyone know if Wendy and her friends are staying for Expo?

We've just done the whole car yard shopping bit for a new car. Fun car only no dogs. I was informed though of what might be a very good doggie/ towing car available shortly. Ford are about to finally make the Territory available in a turbo diesel. It's also being upgrade to a five star safety rating. I think they were talking about a 2.5 or 3L diesel. It's supposed to be in line with Fords new big push to make eco friendly cars, so it should be a fuel miser as well. The sales guy said it should be available in the next month or so. Something to think about if your after a bigger car in the near future?

I've only ever owned Pentax cameras. Personal opinion, they're not as good as they once were. My old film K1000 has been serviced once in 20 years, I think I've replaced the battery twice, once just before I got married 16 years ago and again about 5 years ago. My new K200D is back t Pentax for the second time under warranty for a sensor failure. However when it is working, it;s a great easy to use camera. I'd suggest that the quickest way to solve your problem, and it's one srtong point with Pentax, email there customer support. They are really quick to repsond and very helpful. Otherwise try posting to http://www.pentaxforums.com/forums/ I didn't know you could shoot to an internal memory, are you sure you actually shooting to the internal memory? The shutter will work regardless of whether there is a card in it or not.

I have the same one!! I have just working out how to use it properly (got it for christmas last year)!! I recall reading somewhere that Sony camera's were essentially rebadge Nikon. Some sort of deal between Nikon and Sony about producing the internal hardware and lenses. Feel free to correct me.

I have by passed this forum for a number of years, I don't know why, however I'll start contributing for a while. First taken at home, just south of Darwin. A late afternoon kite flying session Taken with my Pentax K200D using a standard 50mm lense and the "Auto picture" setting (being lazy) The second was taken a while back using an old Nikon SLR on 400 ASA film (no digital here) The subject is Edith Falls, south of Katherine NT, just after sunrise.

Where did this come from? We have had an AAE account for a long time and regularly corresponded with our local AAE BD Manager. Never heard anything about this. I'll ask at AAE when I'm there at midnight tonight to pick up our new dog. I know in the past that what effects one AAE depot doesn't actually mean it effects everyone else despite what they say.
