Hi Poor wee girl. (Sorry couldn't resist)... There are excellent sanitary pants available for incontinet dogs. They are elasticised and allow full mobility, they come with sanitary napkins and are available in 5 sizes. Great for indoors, machine washable and only $13.99 including the napkins.
