Mmmm maybe that it why the docile greyhound has a longer life span that most large breeds?

PGD also sell Advance, SD, Royal Canin and others! But yes, it would be wonderful to be able to buy elsewhere - I would buy Evo to supplement raw.

ha ha - lovely pics -
I think you might need to bring the price down a fair bit as a friend bought one new last week for under $400 from DWI eta - assume it's the same one!

We have homes waiting for two of our lovely greyhounds, but we need to have home checks done as part of our pre-adoption process. If anyone is in either of these areas and would like to help us out please PM me. The applicants have been approved for adoption, just need the home check to make sure all id AOK. We provide full instructions and a form to fill out to make it easy for you

Well there's nothing in my bag - as it won't all fit. So my bag is empty and I have lots of "stuff" lined up on one of the chests in the bedroom

As the owner of two greyhounds, all I can say is that their recall is good enough for the places I take them offlead. There are however, many many places I would never take them offlead - anywhere near a road for example. They always come when called (eventually). They know I have called them, but if chasing a seagull at the beach, they won't come back until the bird has flown out of their grasp. They are both very pack motivated, always looking at me, as I continually "talk" to them as we walk. A quick walk or jog in the opposite direction will have them at my side in no time. Their recall is more reliable if only one of them is offlead. Together they are more likely to "keep me waiting". But, as a few of our locals have described them as the most well behaved dogs on the beach I am happy. Would I trust them 100% - NO.

Lovely CM - I always enjoy your pics and congrats on the anniversary

WOW - you're doing so well - much better than I am

I use Chris for my two greys, but we use Sandown for the GSN dogs as cost is obviously a big factor - especially when you're talking routine stuff. We have taken a couple of GSN dogs to Chris over the years though. Whenever I see Chris I always ask him "and how was the world cruise?" He just smiles. Annie

Kirty - we have dealt with a few "broken" greyhounds. He will most likely already have arthritus in his leg, which will get worse as he ages. Suggest you get him on a good quality gluosamine/MSM/clondriotin mix asap. Also suggest you consult with either Alistair Smith at Sandown, or Chris Boeme at Keysborough. They are both greyhound vets, very used to greyhound ortho surgery. Sandown are the cheapest, and Chris although expensive is considered the best greyhound ortho surgeoen in Australia by a lot of people in the industry.

Well, it's certainly too simple for me!! I never thought to ask that. Hopefully I'll have it today anyway. They should be able to give you "your number" over the phone. Mine came in a packet (WITH THE CAMERA ) and then I registered it online using the number on the warranty card in the packet.

awww fanks - it's nice when you can combine two passions! the old bloke is a bit limpy at the moment so he is on "light duties" - but you would never guess would you?

I realy enjoy the challenges, as it makes me think of subjects I wouldn't normally think about. And this month I've really been trying to compose the pic at shooting rather than relying on editing.

I believe so - my eye is certainly drawn to the sun then the clouds
