Animal Lovers That Dislike Children - WHY good grief - WHY NOT? I do not see the connetion..lol I love animals (especially my dogs) but I dislike children - so what? Would be horrified if I had to sit next to, behind or in fron of a young bub/child on a long haul flight - oe dare I ssay it, an obese person who was hanging over half of my seat. I am obviously a very bad person ...............

It is not a substitute for brushing teeth - not for my guys anyway. It just means the gunk that sticks to the teeth is less sticky and therefore easier to brush off.

I have two oldies, a 9 yo and an 11 yo, They are both fed mostly raw with either Canidae or Taste of the Wild grain free all ages kibble now and them. The oldest is on glucosamine supplements and metacam for arthritis. IMO if your "senior" is doing well on the current diet, then leave well alone.

They do have excellent service - very fast delivery - just be careful though, as sometimes couriers around here take things to the PO if you are not home, others just leave stuff on your doorstep - I got 2 kindles that way :laugh:

I took out the extended Mack waranty when I bought the 7D, and with the couple of lenses I bought (I think they were just under $1k each) - bought them one at a time I didn't bother with waranty. I have everything insured though, so maybe, just maybe if something goes wrong it might be because I dropped it? Read on here a while back that customs hae been targeting DWI import packages to check contents against invoices to ensure they match ;)

I have spent thousands with DWI and never had a problem :)

Well I opened the bag tonight - venison and whatever - gee it smells very strong! Anyway, put just a tiny bit in with Mr Fussypants canidae and his meat & chicken necks and he ate the lot. So far so good. She who eats anything at twice the speed of light didn't even notice anything different. It looks really fresh, nice and oily and good sized pieces. So If the old bloke keeps eating it I will most likely alternate with canidae as he gets bored and goes off dry food and I have to keep swapping around anyway.

It looks to me as though "someone or group" are either putting their name on them all, then trying to find takers, or Hawkesbury are not being forthcoming with correct information. Either way it truly sucks as it is the dogs that are going to suffer. Powerlegs - it is not your fault. The grey was so desperate a greyhound trainer in Bathurst was going to take her and hold her until a rescue group could take her, then FOTH took her.

Well there was at least one greyhound ‎152 PCC surrendered due 14.02.12 greyhound one year old girl that very nearly missed out. She went to FOTH at the very last minute - she certainly wasn't safe until the final hour

Put something in the adoption contract .... if the dog becomes sick or is inured during the trial period the adopter must contact blah blah for advice ... blah blah .....failure to comply with directions may result in blah blah refusing to cover the costs blah blah ...................

I got a bit too excited by this thread and ordered some when it first started. I do however have about 30 kg's of Caindae to get through that I had just ordered. And as a predominantly raw feeder this could take months and months. Me thinks I will have to open the TOTW soon as I am dying to try it! Although my old bloke has really taken a liking to the Canidae 4 meats so I am reluctant to swtich him while he is actually eating.
