  1. Becky, Can you PM how much my 'list' comes to? Thanks, Becky (weird, feel like I am writing to myself)
  2. SO sad and so sorry, Persesphone, may the hole in your heart be filled with memories of the beautiful Sally. RIP Sally.
  3. RIP Charlie. How much love you were given and had to give can't be put into words. Glad you died in a loving home may you now run free knowing what love is.
  4. It's not easy losing a life long friend. So sorry. RIP old friend.
  5. RIP Harvey. Nice to know he had a friend, someone who loved him and was there for his last breath.
  6. So sorry, how tragic and so unexpected. Hugs to you and may Levi rest in peace.
  7. I mailed out my clippers to nicest man on Monday and I got them back today- they look brand new again! Thank you! I'll be busy this weekend. Quick question- Is there a recommended time for regular sharpening and/or servicing, like every 10 clippings or something?
  8. WHat a gorgeous girl. Maybe she was just playing the game, her way.
  9. Please, could this discussion be a seperate thread as I would hate to see this one deleted, keeping it about the blade sharpening only.
  10. Good bye dear old friend and soulmate. May you rest in peace and all your memories be treasured forever.
  11. I echo the puppy preschool, and take the whole family with you.

  17. So sorry , may she RIP and have received her wings quickly and painlessly.
  18. Ummm that's me . I have to pack them up for Colin and get them in the mail, hopefully Tuesday this is all on the go.
  19. I have heard all about this Nicestman and just emailed him myself, after doing this search. Hope he is still in business. Thanks J'emappelle for reminging me his name. The search and the name matched so I know I have the right DOLer.
  20. Did anyone ask, I have skimmed, whether the dry wall will affect the dogs or not? I would think that the dry wall would not be the best in a dog's body? Also and this is for my interest... would that shelter be hot during a warm, sunny day? It looks beautiful to me. The dogs sound like they have good parents, by the way. They also sound like normal dogs and welcome to DOL. Your thread is educating me, too.
  21. Poor Andy, RIP dear mate. I can understand why soldiers would get attached to dogs in war/the services. Dogs bring out humanity even in the worst of situations and tend to normalise what sometimes is clouded by abnormal circumstances. The dogs would serve as a reminder of the soldiers being human first and foremost in most situations.
  22. Poor Tonka and poor you. The richness in the life he had, you gave him. That is already a beautiful life, indeed. RIP Tonka.
  23. Oh the poor helpless girl and Kelly, too. So sorry. Tears are being shed for you. RIP Kelly.
