my stafford doesnt really like a bath either, but hey if i need to bath him then he will have a bath.. make sure ther is a non slip mat in the bath ( if they slip all over the place they tend to freak out a bit) use treats nice calm voice and i use a hose with shower head on it nice arm water, and he has no choice but to stay there till ive finished.

ok remy is 10 months old,,( just) hes going though that im scared of anything that moves stage.(2nd fear imprint). plastic bags,, kids yelling hes scared of my 2 yo nefew anything, the other thing that concerns me is him winging all night long in his crate...lol hes been crate traied from the day he got here 8 weeks old, has never had an issue or a bad experience in it now all of a sudden he hates it,, he winges and crys all night,, very distressing for us,, i hate to see him.or any dog that upset the kids cant sleep they keep asking can they let him out and take him to bed.. tried sitting with him giving him treats feeding him in there etc,, hes ok while im there,, then crys when im gone, gave him bones to ocuypy him he wouldnt touch them,, the other night i let him out, crate is in laundry, but i closed the laundry door so he was still confined, he has water in there blankets toys ,, u name it. well he was happier and no crying till 3 am,, so he did well (3 hours). last night i did same and gave him a chew thing to go to bed with this morning when i got up he was in crate with door open,, cheeky little sod.. so what do i do,, do i keep it that way or do i close the door and put up with his winging that drives everyone maddddddd and it doesnt just go for an hour or so , he is persistant and will cry all night maybe 10min breaks in between very frustrating when hs been so good untill now i know its probably just this fear imprint stafe and h will get over it,, but what can i do to make him more comfortable and happy in the mean time.. oops just realised i put this in puppy, should of maybe put in training...

Charlie 10 weeks. She taught us that not only could dogs fart, but they are also mighty burpers! lol burping and farting,, yep sounds like a typical staffordshire bull terrier to me. .. i bet she snores too (not english) sorry had to edit that, my one pet hate -
my staffy boy now 9 months. has not chewed a thing,, other than his own toys and nylabone.. my other boy toby lhasa apso x,, is a devil in disguise and is 2 this year and still chews things,, yesterday he stole a straw broom from the garage and chewed it up
-
omg no....... a very special boy.. RIP darling boy... warley so very sorry for your loss, how truely devastating
-
thinking of you both at this very hard time.. your angel will look down on you and help you through this hard time. so very sorry for your loss.

without knowing her full history to hard to say.... my first thought is was she socialised as a young pup wthout makayabe?.. was she introduced to lots of other dogs in a nice calm manner?..did.she have any bad experiences as a young pup? if i were you i wouldnt be puting her at risk in situations like that,, meet with a few dogs that are nice calm sociable,,one at a time that you know wont have any problems,, build the sessions up longer and slowly introduce different dogs... you may also need to see a professional trainer who deals witht his type of thing.. do you attend obedience club?. this could also help.. you are in a more controlled area.
