As many know there terrible floods took a toll on some of our "own" recently. We are having a suit sale at Durack tonight and tomorrow night in aid of the Vardy's who lost their home and have no insurance. Please come along, grab a bargain and help a worthy cause. Just had a call from a friend. There is a bording kennel at Goodna with seventy dogs that will go under water later today. Just posted on this. Friends home underwater in this suburb. It looks pretty grim.

Kellie and Paul Vardy Showioz Border Collies of Karalee are safe but home is totally under water. No flood insurance. They will require help once the waters go down.

With alll the devastation going on it is very un Australian to be expecting a refund under these circumstances. Shame on you! Lighten up . The airlines are more flexible at these times when due to weather flights are changed. Also the airport is likely to be underwater. Although we are about to be flooded in on our property we are safe high up on a hill. Our creek and causeway will flood and trap us in. So safe in Beaudesert Shire at the moment.
