Whippets need to be with their people too!!

I had no problems getting permission for 3 dogs with the Onkaparinga council, rangers came and inspected the property, and said that permission would be granted, he said they had never had problems with whippets and greyhounds, so no problems. Good luck Leema, my friend has got a permit for 4 whippets, it might depend which ranger comes too.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've got this one from Drs Foster and Smith in the USA, and love it, it washes well and is very comfy and safe for the dogs. It was only about $40, and the freight wasn't that much.!!

Also during the interview he said 'It takes two to tango'......wtf,....... he is an idiot. That poor little dog, 13 years old, and his life had to end so traumatically.

Jess doesn't come onto dol often so I will answer for her, the full amount was raised and the surgery is all paid for, Dr.Punke is a very generous and skilfull man, we are so very grateful to him. A huge thankyou to all who helped make this possible.

I just thought that I would update everyone that Jessie had her surgery yesterday, it lasted 6 hours, and although the Vet was unable to lengthen the leg he has straightened it considerably. I am sure that Jess will come in here to give more information.

The whippet in the Mildura pound is going home tomorrow.

Greyhound ticks all those boxes. :)

We are having a sausage sizzle at Petstock at Parafield this Saturday and Sunday to raise funds for Jessies surgery. We would love to see any Adelaidians who can come and buy a sausage, and help us reach our goal, we are halfway there, so hopefully this SS will be a success. Jessie will be there for part of the day so come and have a cuddle.
