I guess my main concern is the size of the kibble, how does it compare to the EP holistic in size? The reason being my old girl has no teeth and the EP she manages without being soaked but any bigger would have to be soaked and of course I forget to do that. Also I live very close to KCC Park and was wondering if it would be possible for me to pop up on Sunday and get a sample please? You can pm me with details if you like. Thanks Jenny

Hi Tollersowned Most people find Black Hawk Holstic maintains excellent weight, My German Shepherds get 1 1/2 cups some are to fat and some just right like people it depends on the dog. You can only try it and see, if you do try it would love to hear feedback Thanks Sherel

Oh Sorry Yes thats right, Neither are Black Hawk, one is similar but not the same and the Wheat one is far from it Sorry for the confussion Sherel I actually said secrecy around these products whilst talking to all that glitters. The product all that glitters purchased isn't Black Hawk. The other product all that glitters is asking about isn't Black Hawk.

Yes we are in the process of sourcing smaller bags hoping for a 2kg & 10 kg will post when we have them but we are hoping to have them before christmas Regards Sherel I only know of it in a 20kg bag... not sure for sure though You could ask for a sample bag if you wanted to just try some Thanks. I was only wondering if we did decide to put him back onto some kibble, that 20kg worth for a dog that is only 7kg is a lot, especially if it's not going to be the main part of his diet. Hi All That Glitters as mentioned before on this forum, Black Hawk is packed under contract for me, in plain white bags to save on costs to the consumer. Black Hawk is not the only formula to be packed into these bags We use a contract manufacturer they not only manufacturer Black Hawk but other products some in plain white bags others known brands Whats on your label should be whats in your bag What l will say is someone has brought a formula sounds similar to the wheat one you mentioned and has been trying to pass it off as the same as Black Hawk, But its not, all l can say its being looked into, if you have any concerns happy for you to e-mail me, l only get onto DOL when someone mentions l should, l am just so busy but always happy to answer any questions but best to email me. Hi JulesP l am sorry you think there is some secrecy about Black Hawk, as mentioned before Black Hawk is packed for me under contract, the formula packed for Black Hawk is only packed for Black Hawk, This formula recipe is privately owned Thanks Sherel Little hard to answer due to the secrecy surrounding these products but I believe that the product that had the wheat first is from a company called True Blue, who might be in NSW. So from a different company but still in a plain white bag.

Julesp l actually know more than you and if you compare ingredient labels you may find out a little more info. l think it was you who posted that they make more than one formula for different customers. ??????? l have no intention of getting into a slinging match with you, Myself and hundreds of others love the Black Hawk Holistic You say you could not get answers re Black Hawk, l note you didnt answer who you really are ??? thats my question to you ???

Hi Staff N Toller No never will l bother to change the bag just because one or two people, have issues. To many people love it the way it is. Plus l will always keep the price to a mininum.

JulesP, l have no idea who you are, as l mention l have asked for people to be paitient while l try collate & answer the questions, but you continue with you negativity, So it was OK for Proplan to sell their USA manufactured Breeders bags here in a Plain white bag with nothing but a label, If you would like to reseacrh and find some where that will design, make a plate and print bags for all 3 products that is under the $100,000 Please let me know, But l would not change a thing anyway. the product speaks for itself and being packed in a plain white bag reduces the overall cost per bag to everyone who wishes to use it by at least $10 per bag. My Black Hawk Holistic is Packed for me, it is no different to Coles Aldi & Safeway who all have products packed for them you wont find any more information on the hombrand product than the list of ingredients and Packed FOR, Do any of you know what breed of cow produces the milk you buy from any store ?? and hell where do you see a cow with Rev or reduce fat written on it ???? Do you know who makes Aldi's pet treats ??? Do you think these major stores own Cheese factories ?? Milk their own cows ?? Make their own Bake Beans ??? and the list goes on, Its your choice to use or not to use, Black Hawk Holistic has never been advertised its all been through word of mouth, if l was out to make huge money dont you think it would have been advertise dont you think it would cost more to purchase, it was never intended for me to make millions out of, people that know me know that, it was to be affordable to most people, so their dogs could be healthier from being fed a better dry food, Thats what l care about at the end of the day is health and longativity in all animals, Hence why l went out of my way to make this product available in Aust. Not only do l show & judge dogs l am also heavily involved in rescue anyone that has been to my home has seen the animals that live here casue they had no where else, So again be paitient is all l am asking, and if you dont like the product dont use it, ok, there are plenty out their who love it and has had some wonderful health benefits to dogs that have suffered in the past, thats the news l like to hear Sherel

Hi Everyone l am sorry to read this thread, and all the confussion re Black Hawk Holistic, l do not get on DOL very often so had no idea about the thread until l recieved an e-mail today, so please accept my apologies, if anyone would like to contact me please e-mail instead (not PM) as l mention l am not on here very often, l will make a list of questions that have been asked and hopefully get time over the weekend to put some answers together. Please note in the mean time, that Natures Gift Aust has nothing to do with Black Hawk in anyway. Black Hawk is what it says on the label and is packed for me, the same as any Coles, safeway, Aldi or home brand products, if you have any of these homebrand products have a look they dont tell you anything but Packed for Coles Packed for Aldi etc, now please before anyone jumps on any band wagons be paitient while l try collate all the questions and answers together, There is nothing to hide this is a 100% Aust product made from Aust human grade ingredients as per the label. l would have thought that people would have been happy to have such a great Aust product available to them, no matter how it comes. my e-mail is [email protected] Regards Sherel

Black Hawk Holistic is my food and have just heard there is more talk on here about it and l am happy to answer any questions Only the puppy food has wheat in it at 2 % we are currently trying to change that in the formula, the Adult doesn thave wheat, sorn or soy. Regards Sherel www.kylainknls.com
