Hi tlc Yes we have a few of the samples left in the shampoo's & conditioners, Depending which ones you would like to trial, Feedback so far from groomers and users is Dogbeing tick & flea works wonderful, i havent tried it as i am not in a tick area nor have a flea problem, YU Satin Soft, leaves the coat soft reduces the reoccurrence of matts,it is tear free as are all the formulas, YU Volume/Engergize this one i use on my Collies Rough & Smooth and also my German Shepherds, it really does the job it says it does, YU Soothing, soothes itchy skin YU Anti Bacteria from feedback this is excellent on hot spots, this feedback came from a grooming salon when a customer called them the next day to ask what they had used as the hot spot was dry and no more weeping. YU Natural White, definitely brightens whites YU Red/Copper Enhance has been used on both long and short coats comments back have been it brings out lovely tones in the coats The CHA range we have had excellent feed back on people with Terriers that the shampoo does not soften the coat, YU Leave in treatment, is like a moisturiser to the coat and does not leave any residue nor oiliness YU rinse out conditioner rises totally out but leaves the coat totally conditioned Dogbeing Himalayan Crystal ear gel, is a cleanser that can be used to clean the inside of the ears and also put down the ears it is very soothing, and does bring dirt to the surface, was very successful on a rescue dog, The towels are a chamois and hold 2 litres of water, a comment from an exhibitor with Bearded Collies said it reduced their drying time by about 3/4, we used one chamois to towel dry 6 shepherds for the Royal, one groomer totally uses the towels and says she saves because she no longer has to wash two or more loads of towels a day, The new lower protein lower fat formula is similar to what you have been using,this will be a chicken based formula, with Emu Oil and all the holistic benefits that all the BlackHawk range has. Hi Everyone some updates and news from BlackHawk, We are now in branded packaging, due to so many other products out on the market in the same white bag, but being a totally different formula, we decided BlackHawk needed to be in branded bags so BkackHawk consumers could be guaranteed that they are purchasing BlackHawk, All retailers should now have the branded bags, We have definitely NOT put our prices up at all even with the branded bag, so please dont let anyone tell you we have, from feedback some have used the branded bag as an excuse to raise the price, We will be launching a new formula in the next couple of months, which will be a lighter formula, For those wondering about our New shampoo range we have received excellent feeddback and some great testimonials which will appear on the new website, You can also see updates on our Face book page, If anyone has any questions please email me on [email protected] Regards Sherel

Hi Stans Mum Yes there are a fair few Greyhounds on BlackHawk, Show, Pet and racing, One sucess story on a racing Greyhound, he is wheat intollerant, and was not doing well at racing trials, dull coat etc, and owned by a human Naturopath 6 weeks of BlackHawk his coat was beautiful and he started winning trials, 3 months later he won his first race, his owner is very happy,so will be interesting to watch the rest of his career Regards Sherel My daughter has had her rescue greyhound on BH for about six months now, and he looks just splendid - he's the basic black variety :D and his coat gleams and shines, and he has lost the dandruffy look he came with. Coat colour and red tinges to black coats can be caused by many factors, Hereditary, enviromental conditions, also swimming in chlorinated pools,seasonal coat changes, also a big factor can be a poorly functioning Thyroid, diet. Also something very few people consider in regards to changes in their pets is the water they drink, town waters can vary so much in the amounts of chemicals, tank water can harbour bacteria, as can still waters (dams etc) it would be interesting to see how many people filter their dogs drinking water ? The reason i mention it is some 10 years ago a friend who was on town water, dogs became unwell, coats went off lost shine etc, dogs lacked energy, occassionally would vomit up their food, they were just not themselves, so many blood test later and no answers she started to look into other things, to cut the story short it turn out it was her tap water, it was traced back to a change and quantities in chemicals added to the town water, so after that she fitted a filter to the tap, with in 2 weeks the dogs came back to normal so it is always something to consider, Sherel

Sherel Thank you Hi Sherel She's 2.5 years so not really a puppy but still a crazy loon :D She's been on the Black Hawk a bit over 3 weeks now - I've already noticed positive changes in her weight and stools, it's just the coat that's problematic. No treats as such, just the usual chicken mince & beef mince which we've always given her so apart from the Black Hawk no other changes. ETA Sorry Sherel forgot to add she's been spayed since the age of 6mths

Hi Jamesn184 i breed and show German Shepherds a breed that can also have hip & elbow problems, the name BlackHawk comes from one of my own show dogs Aust Grand Champ Kylain Black Hawk, The BlackHawk formula was formulated for my own show dogs There are many factors in regards to hip & elbow dysplasia. Hereditary, enviroment & diet to a lesser degree, BlackHawk does have Glucosamine,in a maintenence amount,BlackHawk also has Emu Oil which has many great properties, The 20kg puppy formula retails for around the $85 to 90. Hi Sheena maybe you should direct people to the new website for samples as there is a "Request a sample" in the last 3 weeks we have posted out nearly 80 samples Australia wide, we also sponsor shows when we are asked,The general percentage retail stores require is 30%, Regards Sherel Another cost to the distributors, maybe not in Victoria, because they have Sherel, is the 100's of kilos of free samples we hand out & donate as prizes to dog clubs & free puppy packs we provide. Everytime we post a sample it cost us at least $7.00 + a 14 klm trip to the post office. Plus we subsidise the delivery costs to try & keep it affordable & accessible for those people who don't have the benefit of living in the main cities. When you add all of the above onto the freight cost from Melbourne to Northern NSW, to still be able to sell a bag for $85, it doesn't leave much for the piggy bank. But at least we are getting it out there to people in the country & we havn't had anyone complain about the product or the service yet & their dogs love us for it. ;)

Hi GSPDean I am not sure which store said there had been a price increase ( would like to know if you can email me) There has been absolutely NO price increase from us at all, In fact the price has remained the same for the last 3 years. There is NO change either to the size of the bags all three formula's come in a 20kg bag & 3kg bag, In the new year we hope to launch our branded bags and again there will be no price increase from our end, we can recommend a retail price but we cannot inforce it, Interstate do have the extra cost of freight and all only charge at cost, (so they only add what the freight price is to them) The only change we have made is to the Feline formula we have added Emu Oil dried cranberries, Dried Blueberries and Parsley, Our Motto is and will always be Health & wellbeing of pets and Quality and Afordability.
