  2. Thanks!! (Claire with an "i" ) Don't worry - I tried with one of my girls, started moving the "prey" and said "get it!" and she took off around the garden like a mad woman looking for cats or birds I imagine. **I** control the prey item, doesn't she get it?! OK so not such a natural as Norman

  4. Hi all, I've attached some photos of my young male JRT (Norman) training in prey drive. We attended the K9 Force Perth workshop last weekend and this is us training at home last night... he is such a hoot to train
  5. Well after our Perth K9 Force workshop last weekend, I started all my dogs on TOT last night... ... and it worked!! They (we?!) did brilliantly! So no questions.... YET

  9. Hi all :p What a fantastic weekend :rolleyes: We learnt SO much and it was great to put faces to names! Unfortunately the weather man was very wrong about Saturday but Sunday was great... not one drop of rain. Thanks Steve for making the long trek over to Perth for the weekend, and turning on the light globe in our heads :rolleyes: I've got heaps of photos so will post some soon Cheers :p

  21. So very sorry to read your sad story. I have a fairly good idea how you're feeling, I have also lost a dog suddenly... it is never easy at any time, but suddenly really knocks you for six. He will be forever in your hearts. RIP Andy
  22. We're gonna be fine, a few showers on Saturday morning then fine, and fine on Sunday
