  1. Eddie and I had a 15 second photoshoot this morning for some new hoodies. It's too hot to keep them on any longer than that at the moment... ETA This one:
  2. I haven't been in here much lately, too busy. But I love the bee shot And I always like your photos CM They are always interesting and cool and different.
  3. I know the feeling. Most of the photos of my kids involve them wearing my clothes. Terrible You know what that Chopper pic reminds me of? Those little paper dolls that you could put different clothes on. Chopper could have different collars to play with Like this:
  4. She never looks happy! When I open the crate in the morning, Harry bolts outside and she stays in for as long as possible. I think she likes having it all to herself. Chopper looks shiny. That neck is just begging for a fancy collar
  5. This thread made me realise that I have no pics of the dogs and I, so I took two last week for the 52 weeks for dogs project:
  6. Ahhh! My face that big is scary! Ok, gotcha. I have to figure out my editing program a bit more for cropping, because when I choose the 1:1 ration, it only comes up with one size... So I need to crop and then crop again. Off to play... And yeah, I only put little images in these threads most of the time, because big pictures annoy me and make me reach my download limit faster. Those bottle look great as a square crop, Justice!
  7. I love that one of Zero! I like this one, it shows the personalities of both dogs perfectly:
  8. Bored. Raining. No one to entertain me except me...
  9. Pug puppies are idiots and could end up getting their eyes scratched (so could any dog really, but pugs have less muzzle for protection and more sticky-outy eyes).
  10. We are back to sloooooow internet, so I can't see many pics I'll have a proper look tomorrow when it's fast again. I can see Helen's gorgeous photo of Bella - it's stunning! Love the oldies I tried self portraits this week. It was so hard I'm not happy with either of these, so will try them again another time. 8/52 - Harry 8/52 - Lola
  11. Taste: Outside: Card(s): Annnnnnnd..... I finished the list!
  12. Whoops! I forgot today was the last day of February. A few left to get: Apple: Lemon:
  13. Bert and Lola are twins! She has the same life jacket Did you buy it from Wagsalot's (the DOLer) shop?
  14. That's what I thought, why else would they have wings? I've just bought some Greyhound t-shirts from Cafepress, they have such an awesome range but beware they are American sizes so make sure you go at least 1 size up from what you normally are, I'm usually a medium but had to buy a XL and it fits perfect. Because it's cute? Well I think they are. Anyway, my dead dog t-shirts arrived today and they are great. I love them and I know mum will love hers
  15. I love them Shell, they have a really nice, dark vibe about them I wish I knew how to use Photoshop, the whole thing just leaves me baffled. I've looked at online tutorials, but I think I need someone to teach me in person ;) Anyway, have you ever heard parents say that they love their kids just a little bit more when they're asleep? Well, it's true! Love:
  16. Just saw dog lifejackets in our local Kmart (Chermside) for $15, which is a bargain. Not sure if any other stores stock them, but I thought I'd give everyone the heads up anyway. They only had size small though.
  17. Thanks - that was just using the Lumix too. I took some video as well and I'm so impressed with the quality when it was zoomed in as far as it could go. It was so fun to be able to take photos of something different
  18. Oh and I wouldn't bother with tinned tuna, it's diet food (lower in all those good oils).
  19. My dogs are lucky enough to have a constant supply of salmon from my brother. I don't follow an exact BARf-type diet, but they always have meat on bone and both have lovely, glossy coats Harry gets the heads and Lola (pug) usually has parts of the frame.
  20. Did you mean 'earth', Shell? :p I'm off to Soundwave today and just taking the little camera. Hopefully I can catch some fun moments
  21. It's all just in the early thinking stages as I don't think I'm close to ready yet - I need more experience and to improve my skills first but would like to have a business set up for when I'm ready to start things rolling. I'm looking at starting up a photography business, maybe mixing a bit of special events with the artier (is that even a word???) side of photography. Not sure how it will all work and will be working for free to start with but would like to end up making an income out of it eventually. Sounds fun - good luck
