  1. Oh does it I dont have anything in the gallery yet.... still trying to learn how to use wordpress!! Actually, it takes me to the last thing I looked at (if that makes sense). Not to worry, I'm sure you'll have it all organised soon enough :D
  2. I know! I was having a sticky lastnight I did find a little bug though, when I click on 'gallery', it takes me to 'pricing'.
  3. Dogs and kids, eh? :D Lola's not too bad, she can be a little snot when she wants to though and she's not the easiest dog to train (which is why she only knows 'sit' and 'come' and only chooses to follow my instructions occassionally). But with the kids, she's excellent - I can't fault her.
  4. Wow - things are really moving along for you! Congratulations! The last one is my favourite.
  5. Really? Coz it was nearly midnight when I did it and now I don't like them and will probably re-do it. I'm trying to find my way around PS, but it's all coming out too OTT. I'm experimenting with different ways to do B&W, but it's a big fat fail at the moment. I'm having so much trouble figuring out whether to just do it my own way, or tone it all down so it's more natural and boring. Don't know. One day I will find my groove and stick with it. Thanks That one was taken with a D90 and a 50mm 1.8. I only have the 50mm (besides the kit lenses), so I'm learning to use it for everything
  6. I might be able to do the 2nd/3rd, but have a wedding on the 10th.
  7. Thanks Lic Some more ;) Seriously, this lens hasn't come off my camera since July...
  8. Tlc, I really admire how well you've trained your dogs to be obedient. I need to work on that ;)
  9. I mostly use the 50mm for portraiture, but it's not bad for landscapes either (not that I really do landscapes): And just coz I like it
  10. There's some fantastic colour going on there ladies Mine is a bit drab in comparison this week, but it's been a miserable kind of day:
  11. Not entirely sure if I've got the right idea, but this is what I have... Getting married: Bridesmaids:
  12. They're good JS. I know how you feel, I'm going through exactly the same thing. For some reason I've had a blow to my confidence, no idea why.
  13. There's also DD, and they're in New Farm so you can pick up http://d-d-photographics.com.au/nikonslracc.htm#18-200mmII
  14. Cool CM, love the sun flare you've got going on there. The Lumix is really good for macro type stuff, isn't it? Always so lovely and sharp.
  15. Yep - Fran has a D3000 (I think?) without the autofocus motor. That's why I asked what camera is being used.
  16. Thanks I entered and it's here if anyone wants to vote for me... There's something going on with the photo quality though, it's lost some sharpness on that site
  17. Lola used to reverse sneeze a lot before her soft palate surgery. She had a large amount removed (my vet said it's the most he's ever taken - around 14mm from memory). She does it far less now, although it still happens if she gets over excited or wakes up too quickly. She gets stressed if I try to do anything while she's reverse sneezing, so I just let it run its course.
  18. It's called polypropylene webbing and Spotlight have it by the meter in the belt section.
  19. I've had to resort to using the P&S this week
