Nawwww, how gorgeous and exciting!

Most pugs I know (the ones that don't have a double curl) will straighten their tails when they're feeling a bit flat. And they tuck their butts under when they do zoomies. It's so cute.

Lola attracts younger guys and kids mostly. Some women have been funny about her 'ugly' face and her noisy breathing.

I've have to adjust one of our fences too, it's cyclone fencing but has a small gap underneath (big enough for a bubby Frenchie to squeeze under). We have some chicken wire, so I think I'll just use that. He does sound like a character! I can't wait! Probably won't see him again until we pick him up. The breeder lives a little while away and if I go down through the week I have to drag the kids along. Weekends are mostly out because that's when I shoot weddings and she is a dog trainer, so has clients then too.

Nawww, look at Bobbi! And I love that ikea pillow. My parents have a MS called Nelson, he's such a top little dog. Well, I signed off Sid's limited register paperwork today. His breeder emailed me and told me that he's getting more pigment through (yay!) and he's very bossy - lol. Poor Lola isn't going to know what hit her!

I use my camera at a professional level and almost never use manual focus. I only ever use it if the camera won't focus, like when there is white on white (a lack of contrast for the camera to focus on). AF is fast and easy.

I haven't used it, but I think a couple of people here have one. It's an entry level DSLR, and you would be better going for the next model up if you can, purely for the focussing motor (which the D5000 doesn't have, which means it has to be in your lenses, which = more $$$).

My mini cards arrived and I lurrrrrrrve them So simple, so pretty. I got some kid ones, some wedding ones and some dog ones. Should cover all categories that way I will take a pic but I won't be able to post until I get my puter back.

Yeah, Lola isn't a huge fan of baths Although finally, after six years, she has improved at two things: she kinda of lets me cut her nails and she no longer attempts the suicide leap from the laundry tub. I can't believe it's day 50 either!

Ignore them. I occassionally get told Lola is too skinny. Joe Public is so used to seeing some breeds overweight (pugs, beagles, labradors), that they don't realise what a healthy one looks like.

My next little guy is going to be 12 weeks when we get him (just because he will be desexed before he leaves the breeders). I'm sure an adult dog would fit in here, but I think a puppy will be better for Lola (she's not much of a dog's dog) and I'd prefer a puppy to grow up with my kids.

Catching up again 045/365 Grateful for... My shower. It's kind of old - brown taps and wallpaper anyone? But the hot water is really hot and it's a guaranteed 10 minutes of alone time. Sometimes the only alone time I get all day. Bliss. 046/365 Grateful for... Bed. It's a fantastic bed with a newish mattress and after a few big days, I was so happy to see it. 047/365 Grateful for... Laksa! 048/3653 Grateful for... Dress ups for grown ups. Because really, we never grow out of it, do we?
