  1. He is very leggy, missing that nose roll and his ears look a bit long too. I'd agree that there's beagle in there somewhere. Maybe his parents were pug and pugx? Who knows.
  2. Isn't it the cutest?! It's from Moops. I've been using the flash a bit lately, do you think my technique is improving?
  3. My pug is another that won't tolerate rudeness. She is not afraid of showing that wobbegong mouth if required I try to make sure she's not in that situation, but it has happened before.
  4. Day 110 - 19.04.11 Grateful for... Unexpected parcels in the mail. Yesterday this t-shirt turned up for Eddie. A fabulous suprise from a very thoughtful friend. Ed was nicknamed 'Robot' in-utero, so this suits him to a...er... tee. Day 111 - 20.04.11 Grateful for... Sid's new jammies!
  5. Yay! Kristen did so well (she is in one of my Flickr groups). She has lovely stuff. Next year you will be the next award winning star. Both Alicia and myself know you have the skillz. Your work is fab and you have such a great eye. I adore your work, its not forced but so natural. The judging this year in QLD was the hardest I have seen it. I am so lucky I scraped through! Alicia and Alex were both judges this year (they don’t judge my work, as obviously, there would of been golds all round ). But hopefully they do live streaming at Nationals as Alicia is a fun judge to watch, she has a great eye and fights for images. It’s awesome to be at. Ha! I love watching Alicia judge too Fight! Fight! Fight!
  6. Noooooooooooo! I'm nowhere near ready to enter. Our special little Rocco did though (in QLD) and won a silver and two silver distinctions (out of three prints!) and also took home QLD Emerging Photographer of the Year (for the second year in a row). Alicia's Alex did very well too, but I can't remember exactly how many silvers he got. He ended up with QLD Runner Up Documentary Photographer of the Year. The overall Vic winners will be announced soon, but you won't see which prints scored what etc, as photographers may enter them into the APPAs (nationals).
  7. Haha. I'm supposed to be editing too. I need two screens
  8. I can't stop watching I love it. You can learn so much.
  9. Ok, Sid apparently had his done by John at Jacobs Well Vet (5546 1411)
  10. I went to the QLD judging, and the Vic judging is happening right now. The live stream us super cool, you can hear the judges comments and watch them score images. They are judging the wedding category at the moment: http://www.livestream.com/aipp It's super addictive.
  11. I can ask my breeder if you like, she had Sid's litter done.
  12. Day 109 - 18.04.11 Grateful for... Silly moments that brighten rainy days.
  13. Sid loved every second of it He crashed out lastnight, I dragged him out for a wee at 7.30am and he took himself back to bed afterwards and hasn't moved since.
  14. She graced us with her presence for about two minutes to flick the boys looks of disgust and then returned to her throne at the top of the stairs.
  15. Nawww, don't mind Lola, Simon. She is quite the snooty cow. High shutter speed to avoid camera shake (due to giggles).
  16. Sid and Simon finally got to meet today I love this one, it looks like Simon is laughing:
  17. Day 107 - 16.04.11 Grateful for... Quirky little moments. (Taken while second shooting with Alicia at Savvy Studios). Day 108 - 17.04.11 Grateful for... Lazy Sunday afternoons.
  18. My Pug gets doggy, but she has a very thick double coat that's almost waterproof. My Frenchie has no smell.
  19. Like this? From here: http://www.madeit.com.au/storecatalog.asp?userid=31
  20. I have a Frenchie (naturally no tail) and have also been called cruel etc. People are stupid
  21. There have also been recent cases in New Farm Park.
  22. Day 106 - 15.04.11 Grateful for... A happy birthday boy.
