  1. LR is very easy to use, much less complex than PS - which has its good points and bad points. I use both. LR for culling and basic fixes (exposure/warm or cool/cropping) and then colour (which I have a number of presets for, both B&W and colour). Then I use PS for fine tuning, contrasting, sharpening, curves adjustments, cloning, liquifying and skin softening (if required).
  2. If they sound the same (even if they are spelt differently) and one gets rejected, they usually both will. New prefixes have to be at least three letters different to an existing prefix (including overseas prefixes). A good way to check is to google and see what comes up.
  3. I've had someone re-edit one of mine with a rainbow and shimmery stuff
  4. Stolen. Happens all the time.
  5. Argh. So excited about these. What a handsome devil he is.
  6. He is a puppy in my sig photos. But here is the most recent one: (he is usually white, but we're having some work done at home) Good with kids: My shadow:
  7. Brachy breeds are noisier breathers than other breeds, it's inevitable. However, my beautifully bred frenchie and my BYB pug are worlds apart in their breathing. You need to meet Sid, RL ;)
  8. Harry was PTS a year ago (today, actually) and I still find the odd hair around. It used to drive me nuts, but it makes me smile now. He was made up of two of the worst shedding breeds around (pug and GSD).
  9. This is my latest - you can see that we like our bathrooms grungy ;)
  10. Could you maybe contact a few breeders if you are after a specific dog and ask if they would allow you to use their dogs in some photographs and use their bathroom? haha. Sounds odd, but might be worth a try! Hehe. If I get super desperate, I will.
  11. Awww, sorry Mojo. I think Simon would have a tanty if we shot another BB I don't want glamorous bathrooms people - I want very UN-glamorous!!
  12. I agree with this so much. As with all breeds - there are good breeders and bad breeders, it is up to the individual to do their research before they part with their hard earned cash. I get so sick of trying to justify the cost to people. Sid's breeder is worth her weight in gold, she is awesome.
  13. Beautiful job, Shell. So lovely in such horrible circumstances.
  14. Yes. That is a pretty average price for a Frenchie.
  15. Me again I need a dog model for next Saturday afternoon. Preferably a bull breed, purebred - perhaps even a rott or a dobe? An added bonus would be if you let us shoot in your bathroom, just so the dog is semi comfortable. Oh, and in Brisbane. If you're keen, please drop me an email: [email protected]
  16. That's the plan ;) Although we already have more than 12 models So hopefully the book can happen.
  17. Just wanted to update: We have had a lot of interest, more than we ever expected (which is awesome!). But it's going to take some time to get through all the applications. So please don't panic if we haven't contacted you yet, we will get there - I promise! I thought I would share the first official images. I'm sure you all recognise this smokin' DOLer ;)
  18. Do you get to play with fun stuff Chicko? :D
  19. I'm bad with colour So use B&W a lot. I play with the black, fill light, brightness and contrast sliders the most. I'm not into super clean B&Ws though.
  20. I have grey lenses, but I get nervous at the thought of buying a grey body.
