  1. Todays is one of the outtakes of my 52 weeks of Lola series
  2. This is Oscar, he lives next door and has awesome eyes
  3. I did end up using Lightroom, but I don't usually. Yes, lower would have been better I think. I can't believe how grubby that wall looks in B and W :D
  4. Poor Chops. Harry lives for fetch, so I know what you mean. I could take him for a 10k run and he would still race out and get the ball to drop at my feet when we get home.
  5. Hey Bec, I know I'm starting to sound a tad stalkerish, but I really love the cafe photo, it's got a great vibe. Couldn't get this right today, but it's 34 degrees and I am sick of it.
  6. Are you completely sure? I'd love to see a pic, because that's what Harry is. Besides his litter, I can't imagine there would be any others around.
  7. Cool eh? Keep your eye out in op shops etc, I have seen a few around the traps before.
  8. Hehe, lots of grasshoppers around at the moment. He's prettier than mine. JS - I love, love the crab shot. There's some very cool colour, light and bokeh going on there.
  9. Clever, clever peeps. Love the leaf, Wolfsong and the kitties on the piano are very cool, FP As promised, a totally uninspired selfie from the Cuba party lastnight: Today's is a tad more interesting, my new chair: There is a bit of a story behind the chair. Mr Huga's grandma is in a nursing home now, so her family have started to empty out her house to prepare it for sale. We popped over yesterday and were told to take anything we liked, so I chose the chair. It had a canary yellow frilly cover (and a bin to match), but that wasn't really me :D So I updated it a bit by sewing a new cover, which matches the tones in our house too I love it. ETA right photo. Again :D
  10. Nice pelicans Love the chocolate lady Bec I'm off to a party, and we have had a crazy day, so the best you might get from me is a selfie in 'Viva Cuba' themed fancy dress Anyway, will post tomorrow - off to the party now.
  11. Trying to challenge myself a bit more, by taking photos inside rather than out. Ed is nearly a year old and not even crawling yet He is finally starting to get up onto his knees, which means he is moving in the right direction
  12. Oh Snot, those pics are breaking my heart I hope you are ok too, Dis
  13. I seriously love it, I keep going back to look at it. Put it on RB and I'll buy a card at least Oooh camera is Ashanali's Pentax ist D and lens is.... not sure. It says 18-50mm, does that make sense?
  14. Bec! Love the barber shop pic. Great feel to it, very professional There's a whole series of this little bugger on my flickr page:
  15. My super technical definition? Those pretty, blobby bits that are out of focus behind Zero 2/52 - Tea Party
  16. *stamps foot* I want bokeh! One day I will get there. I love the shot of Chester checking out the skater Here is a somewhat relaxed Harry, he is on the go constantly, so just to get him laying down for 3 seconds was a bonus. 2/52:
  17. Thanks Snap Today's pic - Brekky: Edited. Wrong pic
  18. Oops, busy day for us yesterday. We went to our neighbours house, so I took the camera. I know it's another boring kid shot, but there's a reason for it - Amelia is a nightmare to photograph. I've come to the conclusion that babies are relatively easy to work with, but toddlers can be so difficult. As soon as Amelia sees the camera, she poses, she grins, she runs around and it's all very hard. This was, quite literally, the only natural-looking photo I was able to get. It really was a challenge.
  19. Oh that's just crap. What a great system, obviously it's working awesomely.
  20. Thanks girls. Not as random as you may think though, he has been there doing the same thing for about a week Today I finally managed to get a couple of decent shots that included the gecko and the fly.
