  8. for a smooth coat dog they are probably ok and if you get it for a good price even better.I own german shepherds and was running a dog wash so needed something to really blast the water off The Sallyairs were originally put in the Kings Fibreglass dog wash trailers but were replaced with the Double K's a few years ago they are fairly pricey too,I have a wholesale pricelist here and they are around $600 for the 2 motor one
  9. not sure if it's the exact model Sallyair you mention but I purchased a dog wash trailer a few years ago and it had a Sallyair dryer in it(red, metal one) and it didn't have near the grunt that my Double K Airmax had so I sold it and replaced it with the Double K one sorry I can't be of my help. What kind of dog are you looking to dry?
  10. You can purchase specific hydrobath cleaners.I use a disinfectant I buy from Petbarn in a 4 lt container and disinfectant bath after every couple of washes.I think I remember reading somewhere that you do need to be careful what you use as they can corode your motor, not 100% sure on that one though.Might be worth checking at a place that sells pressure pumps etc I fill wash tank up and add disinfectant and run for a few minutes than empty and always run some fresh water through the pump before doing next wash otherwise you have some water in your system that still has the disinfectant and it may affect the dogs skin

  23. I have a dog with a dry cracked nose with the crack being there for around 10 months and would imagine it to be quite painful I have tried quite a few creams over that time including pawpaw cream, vaseline, amolin, barrier cream but about a week ago I deceided to give Palmers Cocoa Butter Bottom Butter(it's for babies bottoms)a go and within about 2 days the split actually had a scab on it and now it has just about completely healed so I'm wrapped. It has pure coconut butter, vitamin A,D and Pro Vit B5.I apply it 2-3 times a day I just purchased the little trial size they sell i Big W for just under $2
  24. Yep, I use Phuds from Tracy Brown. I buy the 10kg bag. I do it a bit differently though. I have a cook up once a week and when it's cooked, I turn off the heat, add the Phuds, stir it through, then put the lid back and leave it to swell and soak in then put it in containers. My dogs always have firm stools and they look to be in fantastic health. do you have a list of ingredients that are in the phuds?I can't seem to find that information on the website. How much meat to mix do you use etc
