I Just Got The Bad News About Nutro Large Breed L & R

The regular Adult Lamb and Rice is still available, maybe switch to that for the time being till they sort out the Large breed Lamb & Rice I know that's what i'll be doing! When you're on a good thing, stick to it -
for those that may be interested i have ordered an orbee ball and a stuff and fetch thing from here http://www.airdogs.com.au/xcart/home.php?cat=255 The stuff and fetch is designed to place treats in and throw and get the dog to retreive it and when they bring it to you ,you can give them a treat from it.Thought it might help with the retreiving and wanting to give it to you,as you open it and reward.Think it might help that it's got thes ent of the treats coming through so might entice the dog to get it rather than a ball

Thankyou everyone for your thoughts. I am interested in getting them to play first, mainly for evercise at this stage as we have moved to a smaller block and it's a very steep backyard so they don't get a lot of exercise apart from a walk, with the possibility of using it in training in the future I hope this clears things up thanks again julie

thankyou, appreciate any tips! Should i get a specially designed dog ball(orbee?) or start off with a tennis ball?

I too had one of my dogs on Science Diet Lg Breed Puppy but didn't see any difference after going through the lg bag. If you can get it Nutro makes a lg breed range which contain Glucosamine and chondroitin for healthy joints. Both my german shepherds are on the lamb and rice lg breed and have never looked better, one used to have a skin problem before we got onto Nutro and she used to have a smell about her all the time, now that smell has gone and so too has her itchiness good luck julie

probably does depend on the owner as a few times i have brought the pet mince from Leonards it seemed really gluggy and had parsley etc through some of it

I've recently brought the autofill model however i brought it from Petbarn and when it was delivered turns out it was 2 years old so they had had it in stock all that time. When i contacted Hydrobaths Aust to ask a question (i wanted to buy a stand for it and wanted to make sure the stands now fitted a 2 year old model)to see if they had changed at all in that time Jose was as shocked as i was and obviously it was nothing to do with him but he gave me the full warranty from date of purchase. He was very good and my gripe was with Petbarn, not the manufacturer. Hydrobath works well, i would probably opt with having a heater in the wash tank as well ,once i transfer the water from the sealed tank to the wash tank it does tend to cool off quickly, especially if you're doing a really through wash. Check out the Double K Airmax dryer from Clipperworld,i've got one and it's great value for money Good luck julie
