I used to use devon till someone on here told me it was bad for them. (I never did find out why ???) So last week we went to training without any treats and they performed just as well as they normally do. So I don't think I'll use them anymore. They appreciate my praise more than the food I think!

Holy Cow !!!! What's this about no devon ??? I've fed my munchkins devon as treats since I've had them. Can someone tell me what's wrong with it please.

;) Hi again everyone !!!! Well I had a great day on Saturday, I learnt alot (thanks again Steve) and also had alot of fun with my fellow DOLers. Gee how unusual for me to have fun!!! It was great to meet so many new people (not new to DOL just new to me face to face). Thank you so much to my wonderful partner Alibear... yet again you made my day. I always have such fun when your around (and can you admit now that Beans loved me more ??? ) Jodi (Beans) was a wonderful, happy puppy and a pleasure to work with. Anyway, I too was amazed at the transformation of the dogs and the handlers by the afternoon. I was very worried in the morning thinking that I'd be the only one not to be able to get the dog to work for me but I had no need to worry. Thanks Steve for a fantastic day, I learned more than I ever imagined I would. I have been trying the techniques with my munchkins and they are looking to me beautifully now. I can't wait for the next workshop.
