Here are the 3 sheltie babies at 3 weeks. Growing quickly. Mum cant work out why they are so quiet but if you saw how full their bellies were constantly you would understand.

Thanks superminty, I notice on the website for the Nyora group the end of month event. I might go along and watch even if Brock isnt ready. My daughter sent me a video of him taken today and it looks good to me apart from the fact its sideways

follow up with it....I had a shep who ended up tearing her tail to shreds, hair never grew back. She was stressed and would just sit and chew on her tail and it became a habit....eventually got her out of it but I should have done more sooner

he is such a patient and intelligent boy...looks like I am entering the herding arena and now Miss EF has had a taste I can see my shelties being taken for a look...lol

sounds easy enough, especially when he just moved the sheep around and didnt try to eat them....

I dont put an answering machine on as people then expect you to call them back which isnt always at a convenient time. That is why I always put my email address on the schedule so that questions can be emailed and it doesnt matter if I respond at 2am. The other problem with answering machines is that they are only as good as the message that is left, and many many people do not leave CLEAR messages

My daughter has taken our shepherd out to a herding class today and he passed class 1. What does this mean. We show and have no concept of the timeline in taking a dog through herding titles. She was told she needs to join a certain club to be able to get his herding titles, is this the case? Or does he just need to join to train and then go to VCA herding events to gain his title. Apparently he herded sheep today without touching them so we are pleased but totally in the dark. Please someone turn on the light for us?

I hate answering that calls about late entries.....all you hear is alot of excuses. If I look at a show and the entries have been closed a short amount of time I just send them with the view that if they are accepted I am doing a show if they are not I have the day off...no big deal.
