I find it embarassing........

many many years ago I had a shepherd bitch who took best in show at a large all breeds champ show when her kids were 6 weeks...they had been weaned for two weeks....the day after though she dropped her coat and i wouldnt take her till it grew back.....this same bitch took a best in group at 5 1/2 weeks in whelp...................she lived for the show ring and when she was pregnant she wasnt sick just out doing what she loved. I must remember if I was ever to get pregnant again that I should not go outside after....hhmmm how many weeks/months.

Even with the Mitchell flooded they will get over...the highway bridge over the river is quite high.....boats clear under it easy even with rods in the overhead rod holders....

unfortunately as with every breed....that will happen. I remember a litter I bred about 20 years ago....both parents short coat all grandparents and great grand parents short coat...........all SEVEN puppies long coat......worst part was I had leased in a bitch I bred to do this very special mating.........most disappointing at the time

Angelsun, you have way more chance of that happening than I do....I only have a b/tmale and hubby isnt really interested in having more than one shep...........I always wanted a long coat sable bitch the only reason I didnt have one was not being able to show it..................

I have a very naughty GSD who is 8 months and hasnt seen the ring since he was 3 months....need to get him out somewhere where I will not be totally embarassed.

Like many many dolers I had to check back in.....love the newfie rugs in the waiting room and all the other various breeds draped around the place....figured with so many + 2 shelties and a gsd I had better bring a big sack of pigs ears for the pooches. Sorry if it means more drool but hey they will all enjoy them. I went to the link for that song but couldnt listen to it.....too many tears. Improvement is a word that came with a smile................it is a long road but we are all there to share it

I have been following this thread for the past two days unable to post but with tears streaming down my face at work..................... As usually DOLer's are ABSOLUTELY AWESUM Fingers crossed for even more positive news on all fronts
