there is a breeders exam to get a prefix in Vic....still doesnt mean they know anything, just that they can find the answers, its open book. I doubt it covers things like what to do with your male dog or your PAIR that you are not ready to breed with. From what I understand it is more technical things and not the common sense things that you learn from being around breeders

Great news of QLD showies....not sure about up there but there is something in the Vic rules or code of conduct where judges cant approach a club for an appointment...

i have missed the next 4 or 5 ....need to get motivated

ring all the pet transport companies....I found a difference of $120 Rockhampton to Melbourne and when I told the expensive one they just said 'oh well'.....even at VCA members rate...gggrrrr

Fourth Furlong is in Cranbourne.... Look at places in Frankston or Carrum Downs. Or Settlement Hotel in Cranbourne....Cant remember the name of the other one in Cranbourne but it is attached to the Bear House restaurant.
