  1. Good morning, thank you for your response, I really appreciate it. I agree with you lockdown definitely has its benefits, I’m making sure she gets alone time so not to create separation anxiety when we finally do go back to work. uh toilet roll inners. Great idea THANK YOU! I have been giving her bits of cardboard bent into different shapes which she loves... just like toddlers who sometimes are fascinated with the box as opposed to the present inside. I’ll put more effort into lead training. thanks again have a wonderful day.
  2. Hello puppy lovers, I've had my Toy Poodle for 1 wk today. My puppy came from a full house, consisting of her Mum & Dad (both 2 yrs old) and her uncle, which she played with a lot! And also her sister. There were only the two of them born in the litter. As well as her human Mum & Dad. She’s come to a home with just me only and we’re in lockdown. i haven’t been able to socialise her with other dogs, puppies or people , due to lockdown and she also needs to have her 12 wk shots. im really concerned I might not be enough for her and she may be a little bored??? I have her on a schedule which she doesn’t seem to have a problem with as she’s eating well, potty training great (not perfect of course) and learning tricks, including getting the ball and placing in my hand and then she gets the treat. Sit, can not get her drop/down. I give her lots of attention during playtime hours. Hardly ever cries. Cried last night after putting her back in her crate after a going toilet. but its just me and her? I’m running out of play games and don’t want to overload her with too much training and treats. She has heaps of energy and loves things her way. Loves to nip every time I pat her. Very playful. worried I’m not enough? any comments or suggestions. Would love to hear. Thanks heaps BK
