Pawshake is a horrible company.
I opened an account and had 7 people contacting me and asking questions and eventually had only 1 booking so they deactivated my account because "I didn't have enough bookings".
The thing is, some of these people were asking for additional dates\general questions\ were confused about the terms and one guy seemed a bit sketchy.
So it's not that I just rejected people, and then COVID 19 started and after that, they deleted my account.
I argued with them on email and told them that despite asking so many details from pet sitters, they don't ask ANYTHING from owners, so people often sound very shady and as a girl, I wouldn't want to go to their house to "meet the cat". Who knows if there's even a cat?
Also, I often have to extract so many details from the person before realizing what they really want (especially abroad with language issues). So ofc there won't be a 100% turnover from the inquiries. What do they expect?!
Seriously, it's an awful company, don't work with them.
