Okay now that the music is going can we actually focus on the other points of it LOL
-
Music is going then..
-
The fact of having to FIND where to turn it off and then click 3 times to actually turn it off is VERY annoying. It's not the song that I don't like, it's the fact that it's there in the first place. Music on websites is classic webdesign faux pas. Will have a bit more of a think and play around cos as I said your actually the first to say you didn't like it.. and yes the About me Is still abit of a work in progress debating on what to do with it.. Thanks for the feedback! ETA looks like music may actually be going then.. will do a change when I got to next fight with the layout lol probably later this evening

sorry about the spelling Lense looks right to me but spell check is saying no.. Joy.. Anyway I'm looking for a reputable online store for Camera Lenses I have a Nikon D3000 and want a approx 70 -300mm lense for it.. Best price I can get is a sigma for about $900, I did find a "Nikon" one online for about $400 but it sounds too good to be true. Where is the best place to buy a lense for? I really would like to not be ripped off on this or if anyone is selling one that'd be okay too lol! Thanks

Thanks Terranik funny enough your the first person to actually say you hate the music most people have actually commented on how much they like the music on the first page there is an on/off function on the page for people like you Will take that into consideration

Since getting my new camera I'm right back into photography I have started taking agility Photos again lol! And seemingly I have had a few offers for people to buy their dogs photos.. Sure why not? So I have Finally started my own site up for my photography of dogs at Trials, I don't aim to make a substantial amount of profit from it I am more interested in sharing my work with people and any of the money I get is going towards my dogs and my trial entries, the more trials I attend the more photos I take. I'd be interested to see what people think.. So far its go just the one gallery as I haven't uploaded the first set of shots I've done www.wix.com/misssmisch/smischdesigns Opinions?

Jock well we're not even gonna talk about what a disaster he was when he started he could have used alot longer in training.. Denver on the other hand being my entirely salf taught dog I knew he was ready after only 16 weeks of work.. Well okay it sounds extreme but it wasn't we had worked alot at home and at a friends place the only thing I was totally unsure about was if he would actually give me a behaviour in a ring and that was why I entered him in a trial. I knew he knew what the correct behaviours were but I wasn't sure if he understood that it was the same thing in a ring as it was in his yard.. the only other behavior I was unsure about was Dens ability to focus he proved me wrong I was very much sure he would bolt to see the dog in the next ring, But if you've ever met Denver he is a very work driven dog and herding is a strong instinct the only way I personally felt for me to concur it was to get him into the ring and nutt it out.. First Trial we had the most amazing opening and then his new behaviour of jumping up started we managed around a ring with one breif glance of the next ring I called him back and we kept going.. 2nd Trial we had a minor hiccup at the very start to which I reset him and we ran managing a Q his behaviours had settled with the exception of the jumping.. 3rd trial we chose to enter agility he'd never done a contact or weave in the ring.. well we managed it easily.. Den has now been Trialling for almost 10 months he's the 2010 State champion for Novice Agility, 4th in the state for excellent jumping and has managed his AD JDX GD and SD titles.. not bad for a young rescue dog Alot of people told me I was stupid for entering him and yes I probably did set him back abit, there were habits that had to be addressed like his jumping habit which can still be an issue sometimes but the other way I see it was a learning curve without that I would have never seen where my training failed.. I still get glimpses of where his training has failed and where we need to work on.. I guess its easier when you have a more experienced instructor to help you to pin point what you need to work on and who can also tell you when they think your ready. I do attend a club but I refuse to let instructors take credit for myself and Den as up until he stepped into a ring he'd never run at the club. I'm sorry to Ramble but sometimes the whole story makes you think more about how you fit into it all. My Idea of being ready is when you believe your dogs behaviour is solid enough that you are ready to test it in a totally different situation because thats what it is is a test.. eventually it'll become a game in the ring but when you first step out your going OMG OMG can we do this, have we prepared enough.. eventually you settle into a comfortable routine knowing your dog can do what you ask.. Good luck cant wait to hear about all your adventures

Yay CK it was an awesome run :D lol I still love it "What dog was that it wasn't CK" Congrats you guys were awesome! Yay Ella Nic I'll put together a vid later on for you.. Minus the seekback ;) hahahaha I dunno who was more nervous about that us watching or you handling... she was very through.. Congrats it was awesome to see a top dog at work! Well Den and I had a great day.. 1st round of agility Stressed out about his lead being taken away..but then still managed a Q and 3rd in ADX 3/5 2nd round was horrible so many tricky bits we had a weave issue and he forgot his aframe colour but somehow managed a 2nd place and NQ.. Go Den ;) It was great catching up and meeting a few more DOLers.. now its a little over 2 weeks till the next comp.. running a-frame here we come

Actually I think one of the dogs ain't a rescue the border collie (black and white) belongs to a friend of mine in the usa dogs name is Dazzle and then there is peanut the shih tzu and I'm pretty sure that she's had it since a pup.. But still its an amazing video Here's the blog on it http://agilitypup.blogspot.com/2010/09/daz...-in-ok-gos.html some of the dogs were rescue

Just a Quick Catch up from me.. Had a Trial on friday fully expecting it to be jocks last.. LITTLE BRAT.. apparently he's not ready to quit yet.. Q and 5th in Masters jumping after many months of me refusing to enter him in it... Excellent snooker argh could have kicked up both.. Got to the dog walk had the aframe to go pulled up with a beautiful contact and then we got off and I turned in and back up the dog walk he goes.. Was devastated Den was alright.. he was a stress-head for his Excellent snooker round cos someone took away his leash shock horror.. so we had a jumpy round but managed clear and then we were told we were in a run-off for 3rd.. Well I decided to go for more points this time round and we did it Q and 3rd in his first ever SDX run.. good boy.. Masters jumping I lost him at the 2nd last obstacle but he wouldn't have made time.. Open had fantastic distance

A girl at work has an "Australian Bulldog"... he's rather sweet. but the one thing that annoys me is the fact that she wants to breed him with another one now this pup is close to 4 1/2 5 months old and its Testicles haven't dropped.. hmmm me thinks issue there.. Arghhh people can be so stupid though. honestly whyyyy

Congrats to everyone on their awesome Stuff sounds like good weekends all round... My old man Jock pulled a miracle out of thin air today Q 1st and TITLE in ADX.. Now I'm not sure how many of your are aware that Jock is 10yrs old and he only came to me when he was 6.. The last 2 years have been our major turning point with picking up 7 titles, 1 state Championship (Strategic pairs) and ALOT of placings I couldn't be more thrilled... He's been doing agility for 4years in October. We have ONE Excellent Snooker Q remaining now hopefully Jock will stay true to form and Gain that one last Q.. and once thats done its all over red rover.. Den had an awesome Day.. Could kick myself for his JDM run... DON'T TAKE YOUR EYES OFF THE DOG FOR A SINGLE SECOND... I lost site of him doing a cross of some form and over a bar he goes.. and we'd managed to pull off the difficult stuff.. and there are only 10 weavers again.. ;) but he was enthusiastic so thats the main thing

Hi everyone. . I'm not a show person by any stretch of the imagination but i just have some general questions. . I'm inheriting a choc lab for the next two years starting in jan. . It has been suggested to me by mum who is not a show person either that maybe it may be an opportunity to try a hand at showing just for some fun. . obviously i'd have to see if he had the all the right paperwork and if he was actually suitable for the ring my questions is is there an age limit for dogs being entered this dog will almost be 3 can you enter a 3yr old or do you need to start when they're puppies. . My other question is how to i go about learning how to handle, stack ect. . I'm an agility person so as far as showing goes i have nothing lol. . if its not do-able it doesn't matter it was just a thought and sounding like a good opportunity to learn something new

Thanks to everyone so far Spread the word

I often don't get many nice photos of Jock because of his eyes we regualry get the "devil dog" effect.. But I got these yesterday and had to share.. My old man is 10 yrs old and going strong..
