Gosis

I am still shocked... I sent my puppy to the pet groomer. 1.5 h later he called me that her eye popped. She now can be blind on 1 eye. No answer given from the groomer, only a general one. He claims that he doesn't know the reason. Does anyone know what steps we should take? Please help! Gosis
