Finished the NDTF Cert III in Dog Behaviour and Training last year. (I know, I know before I hear the howls of disapproval about punishment but we didn't actually use any more punishment on our dogs than a correction collar. And you'll be relieved to hear that I don't walk my dogs on one.) Anyway, now I am a beginner teaching Dog Obedience (hopefully you never see my dog's obedience skills!) but have taught my dogs a heap of tricks. 

I am now obsessed with training. What to train my mini poodle up to be a Malinois when he grows up. (Ha ha. Dog trainer joke. I'd never heard of Malinois before I did the course.) And am constantly searching for new courses to do. 

I also clip- badly - the poodle myself. I can only improve. 

Plus volunteer once a week at a dog shelter. (Wish I had time to do more work with dogs frankly. )
