I remember seeing a thread when I first got Max about Plush Puppy so I raced out and bought it. Got to say I couldn't smell it even a day after we had bathed him. I use Aloveen now and even pantene....I know what people will say but we have never had a problem with it. And it smells for way longer than a day

I enjoyed it..... Max enjoyed playing with his new and old buddies but was CRAP at luring

No probs Curious Max is home alone for about 8 hours. We have toys for him and give him a marrow bone a few times a week. I think he is just used to the fact that we are out during the day. From what I can gather he sleeps a fair whack during the day and plays with his toys (from what the neighbour has told me) What breed are you looking at getting?

Yep same Shoey....Max is like a handbag and comes with us most places...

Yep we are in a unit and have a small garden. We have an English Springer Spaniel...which are extremely active. He gets walked twice a day. He is at home outside during the day when we are at work but is inside with us when we are home. As long as you take your dog out for walks you will find its not a drama at all

Yep not sure how either. We are blessed with Max and if he does need to go he gives a small muffled bark so we get up let him out of the crate and away he goes outside. Forgot to add....she will probably be okay soon. Once they go over the 12 mth stage they can generally get thru the night without a widdle :rolleyes:

What you talking about willis? Seriously I would definitely give it a shot. I wish someone had of advised me about it earlier. It cos us $25 (ish) from Robbo's Pet Barn I think for a container. It costs more from the vet so if you can try elsewhere first. We just pop a teaspoon full over the top of Max's dinner and voila - done deal. I think from memory it took less than a week to take effect.

I havent read all the posts....so I shall advise what I have done with Max. We tried crushed pineapple on top of his food. This worked for a few mths and then he resorted to eating his poo again. We also tried Apple Cider Vinegar on top of his food and some in his water...again it worked for a while and then back to old habits. Thrive D has been the only thing that works for us. You mentioned that the vet said that Thrive is not warranted as Monte's issue is hunger and not an enzyme deficiency..... Wouldnt it be worth a try anyhow as it may still fix the problem?! I would HIGHLY recommend giving it a whirl. If you want any more info you know where to find me
