Unfortunately I can't seem to add a photo from my phone

It is around the size of a 20cent but round like a ball

Hi Our gorgeous 12wk old English Springer Spaniel pup Hugo has developed a lump on the top of his head. It sits quite high & about the size of a 20cent piece, we first noticed it after some rough play with our older dog but it doesn't seem to be going down. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
