Boy might not get in but pups can get out. :p Would love to hope that you're right there but taking NO chances as my vet is 2 hours drive from home, have discussed it with her and she will progesterone test her the morning of her 1st due date to give us an idea of where she's at, can't let her go into labour then have to drive a stressed 2 hours to the vets :D Hey, she's gotta be pregnant first anyway, so I have a little while yet till I'll know that.

Fingers crossed for a kelpie litter 5th - 8th February.....April had a fresh AI on Friday 4th and again Monday 7th & will have to have an elective ceasar as she has a stricture.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear this Kaffy, I had followed your thread when these babies were born ....you were so dedicated to them. My heart is breaking for you with the recent loss of Kaden also. Sometimes life is just SO UNFAIR!! :rolleyes: God speed young man...RIP Kobe.

Lily looked lovely! Such a gorgeous face, you must miss her terribly. Like children they are only lent to us.....but the memories last forever.

So sorry for your loss Get Whippet, Emma looked to be a very loved & well looked after girl, it's hard to adjust to losing them from your life. RIP Emma. Look for Murphy, Alice & Banjo for me & say hi.

:rolleyes: What a sad fortnight we've had here at Mountainmist, firstly losing Murphy but now our Alice, our beautiful, beautiful Alice. My husband & I are totally devestated at this loss, she was our Queen, 2IC to me with the pack, held in high esteem by all, loved by all, missed by all!! She was our 1st homebred champion, she taught us the ropes. She was a very serene dignified girl who was loved by everyone who ever knew her. How we are going to miss her, so, so terribly. Please rest peacefully my darling & know how much we all loved & will miss you. Am attaching a couple of recent photos of her at Banjo's 14th birthday party.

Yesterday I had to help my old man Murphy to cross the bridge He was 14yrs 7mths & 5days old & the father & grandfather of many of the Mountainmist Kelpies. He was our first BIS winner who we bought for our daughter's 10th birthday at 18mths of age. I went & picked him up, tied a tartan ribbon around his neck (he looked just like a brown teddy bear) & left him in the old Toyota with the shopping,asked her to please get the shopping out of the truck, oh, the look on her face was priceless when she came back down to the house asking "who's dog is that in the truck?" He leaves me with SO MANY memories some wonderful :D some not so but he certainly was a character. Good-bye my old mate I'll miss you heaps, as will all your furry family, don't foget to say hi to Midi, Tiggi,Tasha & Magic from all of us. Love you.
