meat for humans from a butcher is usually safer than supermarket meat. I have an allergy to sulphur and avoid supermarket meat if i can as the levels bring out an allergic reaction in me, particularly from sausages and mince. I don't buy fresh pet meat because the long useby dates disturb me. I buy human grade meat for them when they get fresh meat because of the preservatives in petmeat.

i am so sorry to hear about jenna. A similar thing happened to my family dog a couple of years ago and it was so sad. I went out and bought him a deboned chicken when i heard the news. I guess all you can do now is keep spoiling jenna and treasure whatever time you have left with her.

awww she is so cute. we feed our dogs supercoat-our bcs do well on it and are healthy.

Jester definately had the time of his life yesterday and we are going to join up and take him and our girl bc Seven out there next weekend. Jester is currently winding down after his big day yesterday by sunning himself on our lawn with our other dogs. What a lovely boy he is and so clever!!

we had an awesome day today. Jester had the most fun we have ever seen hiom have. He is a great dog anyway, but he was amazing in front of some sheep. He loved it. This was him on his first go in the round ring

when you feed sardines from a can do you mash them to beak up the bones or leave them whole? our foster dog loves sardines but i have been mashing them into his supercoat. I also give him tuna in oil. He is looking very glossy at the moment.

our dogs eat supercoat. The little one gets the small dog variety, our younger bc gets the regular supercoat (chicken i think), and our older bc gets the lite & mature mix. I tried them on eukanuba, royal canin, and iams but supercoat is the only brand they would all eat.
