I'm really stumped for a name for my next Pug puppy (hoping for a boy), so I've decided to wait until I meet him. I won't have him until April 2015 so I have plenty of time to decide.

She is probably cold and lonely. Yes, pop her in a crate with some nice soft blankies.

I have a Bono Fido soft crate. Just keep in mind that there is less air flow with a soft crate (than a wire one), and they can get hot in summer.

In the dream I had just come home from somewhere, and I was walking to my front door when I saw Grover and the puppy running down the street towards me. I opened the front door and they both went inside.

I felt happy and peaceful but then I felt sad when I remembered that Grover was dead.

Me too :)

Last night I dreamt that Grover came back and he hadn't died, he had just run away, and he brought my new puppy with him.

Can we take him to the vet and make him better Mum? :laugh: LOL @ Neko and her dead birdie.

I don't mind; it means I get extra time to prepare... I'm one of those highly organised people so that suits me fine :D

The mum had her ultrasound today and there are no babies. She will be mated again in five months, so if all goes well I will have a puppy next April. I don't mind waiting :D

The toilet training, cleaning up wee, and getting up in the middle of the night.

Lots of paper towel for cleaning up wee. And disinfectant.

Yes, I think a green discharge for two weeks is too long. I would take her to the vet for a check up :)

I just remembered something... My vet also said that it's probably from the puppy not knowing how to clean herself yet after every wee and sitting down in her wee on the grass etc. Yes, green isn't good but it should right itself if you continue to wipe :) eta Sorry, I didn't explain myself very well... Canidae is the best and they use their own manufacturing plant - they don't use the Diamond Pet one, or whatever it's called, that's always involved in recalls.

My vet told me that this is just a normal part of their (female) sexual development; like puberty there are lots of changes going on, and to just wipe her whenever you see the discharge. It isn't necessarily a sign of a urinary tract infection. Other people on here are far more experienced than me, so I would wait and see what they have to say :) eta My vet also suggested wiping after every wee with a baby wipe.
