K9 pro have brass clips Heres just one example http://k9pro.com.au/redline-k9-sure-grip-5-8-leash-pink/ AND I couldn't praise their syntek leads highly enough. I always got compliments on my "leather" leash when we were using it. Note: they might be moving to stainless steel so might be worth a call to check. http://k9pro.com.au/long-line-syn-tek-black-7m-x-16mm/ Thst said, i didn't love the syntek collar - i found it too harsh on my boys coat. But a friend of mine got one at the same tine & her girl has worn it daily for 3 years no problems. They also have harnesses that *look* like they have brass hardware. Again-phone to confirm http://k9pro.com.au/redline-k9-hero-neoprene-harness/ I can't comment on haltis - but RuralPug raises great points

Week 11. Back to the phone. Sunshine & ugg booties

I looked at it once before Scotties time was here - when it was new to me & found it wasn't amazingly useful for dogs with dementia. I also didn't consult it in the heat of the moment -:but its a tool to help think about things. Is there a way you can more actively manage the area you got a 1 in, now you're aware /thinking about it / have acknowledged it?

Funny. I just had a week at mums (working sheep farm). Commented that someone was yapping the entire time I was up with the baby one night as the guest room is same end of the house as the dog run. Without even thinking she said "Yup. That's Warnie. He's part huntaway. Walked one for a while -while i was doing that. Molly, would yap constantly even while we were moving. Lovely dog but holy crap she was annoying! I don't know any yelpie kelpies (not saying they dont exist) but have 2 huntaway crosses on my street. They're absolutely on my "naughty" list. To come back on topic. I find it interesting their breed standard says they're not for showing - but should be only used for working. They really not a dog I'd recommend as a pet. Breed standard does also mention their voice - but I'd have to double check the exact wording.

Naw Puddy. I think you're dazzling!

Gawd yes. I wouldn'trecommend one to anyone based on that alone.

Full disclosure: I haven't personally used this list as part of my process. But it comes highly recommended by someone I admire. https://journeyspet.com/pet-quality-of-life-scale-calculator/

Maybe some mince & veg or mince & rice very last thing at night? Scottie was a midnight snacker, but being an only child we could leave dry down for him to do as he liked. -
Has a wee bit more clout than the phone!

There's a border breeder here in NZ who I follow (not suggesting you import). I've been following her for a while and love the look of her dogs. I'm sure you could learn more from her, but not sure they'd be my pick of the three listed above for you. Interestingly, this breeder will not place a puppy with a family who hasn't owned borders before and have children under 5. So my hopes of getting a dog off her any time soon are now zilch! https://www.facebook.com/Muterus/

I think I *just* missed it Roova. I was there 5-7th feb. It was stinking bloody hot in Wagga - but Dad has Air con & even had it serviced before our visit

8. My "baby brother". Turned 18 this year. I didn't think I'd get to see him this visit to be honest.

Yup! He's not even my grandad, he's my hubbys, but that one photo & visit was worth every hour, cent & all the solo flights.
